I recommend starting at a lower dose and seeing how your body responds. After two weeks you should see results. If no results, try upping the dose. Good luck!

Week 14: Claiming 8.5 & Pumping Session

I finally see 8.5 on the ruler again. Claiming it! I think what set me back was taking that week off from wearing the ADS.

Anyways, Not much has changed in my routine, diet, etc… One thing now is that I wish I was able to pump more. It is difficult for me to make the time, and have the energy.

Notes from 20 minute pumping session

As seen above, I pumped for 2.5 minutes for each -inHg until -5 inHg. Then I tapered down to 1 minute at -10 inHG, for a total of 20 Minutes. I started with the tube packed 20% approximately, ended session at 65% packed. I gained 1” and 45% packing on 2” diameter tube. No edema.

Month 4: COVID-19 and Inconsistency

About a week late, sorry, I got held up… I am working from home because of this Coronavirus. I have been sticking to the PE routine pretty consistently, but not so much for the diet and exercise. Especially because the gyms have been closed down. I did not reach my short term goals but here is an update:

Short Term Goals
1. Get healthy and get my EQ back
—Achieved, but always trying to improve

2. Pack the 2” tube all the way up with 5 inHg
—Gained to around 70%

3. 8.75” BPEL
—Close, haven’t measured since 8.5” but unable to really change routine at the moment.

4. Straighten Penis (not new)
—Without a doubt, it is straighter now than ever before, but I want it even straighter or maybe even to curve upward a little. (This is what brought me to Thunder’s initially.)

Oh yeah, lastly I’m pretty sure my wife was sick with COVID-19, but she got over it. It wasn’t tested, so it’s just suspected.

I have a hydro max x30, I bought this way before the handball pump came out. Anyways bought it years ago, used it a few times and didn’t like the doughnut fluid that built up. Then I joined this thread a few months ago, I’ve always known about manual stretching and exercises, but I want better growth that won’t take years to notice. In your experience with your pump, would you say you have seen good growth? I’m starting a routine of 4 on and 3 off with my x30 during shower for ~ 15 minutes. Either 5 x 3minutes or 3 x 5 minutes sessions. I’ve managed to avoid the doughnut by letting my body adjust and being consistent.
Anyways, any thoughts and advice is appreciated!

Bathmate Pumping

Hey man, I would suggest experimenting as much as you can to see what works for you, because everyone is different, especially with frequency and intensity. To be honest, girth isn’t a main goal of mine currently. I understand that length can be gained as well; however, I didn’t gain length when using the Bathmate.

If you want girth gains quick, I would suggest more frequent use at low intensity. Maybe like 10 min twice a day, around 3 inHg (this is very low pressure) for 2 on 1 off. I was seeing gains quickly like this but stopped.

Additionally, here are some things that I’ve learned pumping:

1) Heat is very very important to see greater expansion and increase blood flow.

2) Fluid buildup will not increase EG; the ideal session should end just before fluid build up starts. Fluid indicates the skin being pulled away from penile tissue. You want the skin to stretch the tissue, not pull away from it.

3) Jelqing can be used in between pumping sets to cause an internal pressure outwards. (Jelqing is like pushing whereas pumping is like pulling.) But be cautious when starting out not to overdo it. *Sidenote* Do not ejaculate every time you pump, that could kill your libido and tire you out fast.

4) Regulating pressure in the Bathmate can be difficult. In my old pump, without the handball, I would say I got the pressure up to 15-20 inHg. So don’t use the max pressure of the pump, maybe use like 20% or enough to keep the suction on your body when standing. But experiment and take note of how far you are compressing.

5) Rest/adjust as needed. If your EQ decrease, don’t freak out, the greater the intensity the more rest you need, typically.

6) Beware of compressive clothing and underwear. Wear very loose underwear or go commando. Also, don’t wear pants that restrict blood flow. You want your flaccid to be as fat as possible.

Oh yeah, and relax and enjoy the journey. Mental pressure is a sure way to kill EQ.

What do you mean by having the tube “packed” and how do you measure your vacuum? Does the handball pump have a gauge on it?
I’m getting into a routine of pumping at least 4 times a week and wearing an anti turtle sleeve during the day time everyday. My bath mate is not equipped with the handball. I have the x30.

“Packed” means that the penis is touching the sides of the tube so that there is no more girth expansion. When I say 50% packed, I mean that half of my penis (base to mid-shaft) is touching the sides of the tube. I only say this when I am using the 2” tube, not the Bathmate.

I can’t measure the vacuum of my Bathmate, because I didn’t attach a gauge. I do, however, have a gauge for the 2” tube (air pump). And no, the hand ball does not have a gauge in it. That is why I recommend using minimal pressure when using the Bathmate, as to not cause fluid buildup.

Week 20: Slow Gains & Measuring Pumped?

So, I took another week off, broke my diet, and am getting jealous of people gaining faster than me. Haha, well everyone grows at different rates.

When I take a week off then come back, I can definitely notice the differences:
— Slight reduction in EL
— Major reduction in FL and FG
— First PE workout after break increases libido greatly, then it tapers back down to normal as workouts go on (3 days usually).

I think the first two observations suggest that my gains are not permanent, and need more time. The third observation suggests that I may be better off switching to a PE workout schedule with more rest days evenly distributed.

My gains have slowed since the start of this new routine; but, I am still confident that I can reach my short term goals before needing to switch it up.

Measuring Pumped

I take measurements when I am 100% hard. I have seen some measurements taken with clamps or after pumping sessions. I would consider these to be 100+ because they involve equipment or devices to reach. First of all, I am not opposed to it at all. Second, is this how I should be measuring?

I will probably continue to take measurements at what I consider to be 100% for consistency’s sake, and will start to document absolute max size with equipment and devices.

Month 5: Break Time

Hello all, this is a week (ish) late.

I have taken the past few weeks off and haven’t measured. This will probably continue for a while as my life is changing right now. I have pumped and worn the ADS here and there, but nothing consistent. I can’t imagine I’ve gained anything. I have lost some on my flaccid measurements.

So, I’m gonna put away the ruler for a little while until I can get back into more of a routine. I’ll check back in after a while. Hope you all are doing well out there.

How much gains have you made ? You said you lost some size so I was woundering how much you have that you still gained? Great work .

In the first 4 months of the new routine, I gained 3/4” length and only about 1/16” girth. Since 2016, 1-1/4” length and 5/16” girth. I was obviously being much more consistent when I started logging progress here. But when I come back, I’ll probably switch to more girth. Some say that girth first limits length so I was just focusing on length first; but I’m losing my motivation for more length.

What I lost was flaccid, but mostly flaccid girth in appearance just guessing. The measurements are really inconsistent, but I would say 1/2” loss flaccid length, and 1/2” of flaccid girth. After my break I’ll measure erect and see what I lost there. Thanks and good luck!

My goal is to get 2 inches in erect length , I just got an extender and am wondering if a 2 inch goal is a good and possible goal ? I know it will take a while and consistent use . Lmk what you think . Thanks man

Some people love extenders. I didn’t when I used them years ago; but I was trying to use too much force making it really uncomfortable. If you use it comfortably and follow advice on here, I think you’ll be good.

I would also suggest to use heat, take breaks frequently and make sure blood flow is good. And if you aren’t doing it, maybe add a little girth work.

Other than that experiment, research, and if nothing happens after a month, switch it up. Good luck, DB10!
