My gains
I started PE on august 14, 2017 I was 6.1 BPEL and 4.5 E.G. Today I measured an I am 6.75 BPEL an still 4.5 EG. I find it amusing how I’ve gained so much length an no girth so quickly, when I’ve primary done nothing but focus on length, granted I have stretched maybe 2 to 3 days a week. I’m starting to think intensity and lots of rest had a lot to do with it. I haven’t stretched a lot but when I do I pull pretty hard at times I feel like I’m about to pull it off. But when I’m done I don’t stretch for a couple days after. I know I’m running on but I’m curious at some of the veterans opinions on having very intense girth sessions but than taking off 2 or 3 days after. It’s work on my length maybe it will work for girth I would love to hear lots of opinions on this matter. Thanks!
