I started PE on august 14, 2017 I was 6.1 BPEL and 4.5 E.G. Today I measured an I am 6.75 BPEL an still 4.5 EG. I find it amusing how I’ve gained so much length an no girth so quickly, when I’ve primary done nothing but focus on length, granted I have stretched maybe 2 to 3 days a week. I’m starting to think intensity and lots of rest had a lot to do with it. I haven’t stretched a lot but when I do I pull pretty hard at times I feel like I’m about to pull it off. But when I’m done I don’t stretch for a couple days after. I know I’m running on but I’m curious at some of the veterans opinions on having very intense girth sessions but than taking off 2 or 3 days after. It’s work on my length maybe it will work for girth I would love to hear lots of opinions on this matter. Thanks!

I prefer more workout days than off days. 2-1, 3-2, 4-2, and 5-2. I feel I get better results. If I take more days off than I do working it, then it tends to revert back to prior workout size. I know this is because I haven’t cemented the gains. But, when it doesn’t stay engorged more often than not, it’s hard to gain.

Yeah, it’s really common to gain length much quicker than girth. It is that way for more people than the other way around. I gained an inch and a quarter in length before I gained anything in girth. Since then I have only gained another quarter inch in length, while gaining a half inch in girth.

To reinforce what raybbaby said, after reading tons of reports, members do gain length first and the final results are that length was always higher than girth gains.

By the way I’m on the same boat. Took me longer to see few additional millimeters in girth while the length kept on going.

Note: never focused my routine on length exercises and manual stretches are a real struggle for me because I keep getting erect everytime I do it.

I guess I’m just impatient. All I do is girth exercises an I haven’t seen anything. I’ve had a bathmate for a little over a month and I can’t even get temp gains like everyone else sees an I go in erect now, so I don’t know what’s going on with that all I get is a good flaccid hang.

I believe that everybody heals differently. For me it was the same story but girth-wise. Although I haven’t worked length properly and until I find/make a good hanging device or get my extender, I wont.
I have just started doing manual stretches.

But yeah. Girth wise training was the same. Quite aggressively and although that isn’t recommended at an early stage, it was what felt best for me. But I would jelq 1 day and 1 rest most of the time. Some days 1 jelq 2/3 days nothing. Sometimes jelq 2 days after each other… but I would always keep it plump. (Wasn’t so hard because I’m a shower anyway).

Have you tried doing o-bends? Also try getting blowjobs while wearing a cock ring; can’t say it leads to permanent gains since I’ve only tried it once, but the expansion was crazier than any manual exercise I’ve ever done.

Congrats on the gains you’ve made so far, you’re doing great for 5-6 months in!

I was in a similar position to you when I started investigating more manual exercises, but I didn’t start to incorporate them into routines for another 5-6 months after researching them. (12-13 months into my PE career) There’s some great resources on this site, you just have to make sure not to rush into anything. Yea, it’ll be tempting to immediately start incorporating heavier girth exercises as you find them, but maybe it’s not the most productive thing you could do in your PE routine just because of your level of conditioning or experience. One of the worst things you can do as a newbie (in my opinion) is to try to push too far too fast.

As far as doing “intense girth sessions” I think it’s good within reason. If you’re working yourself to the point of fatigue and experiencing negative PIs like reduced EQ, soreness, etc, you’re just overdoing it and it’s most likely counter productive to the gains you’re trying to make. Now, if you’re just loading one or two more girth exercises on certain days and modifying the regular newbie routine making sure not to strain yourself, that seems reasonable.

I just started adding o bends man the expansion from them are insane!! I’ve never tried a cock ring do they work good for expansion?
