My Newbie progress. NofapPE
Hey guys. Just gonna write a log to keep myself motivated! Started with the newbie routine last month. Started Nofap on May 30th.
Quickly. 19 years old. Good health. A lot better recently (eating better running etc)
Slight “baseball bat” effect
Doing PE for size increase and erection quality.
Starting stats: May 1st 2016.
6.7 BPEL
4.9 MEG
3.0 Flaccid
Stats now: June 8th 2016.
6.9 BPEL
5.0 MEG
4.0 flaccid
Slight changes in both BPEL and MEG. The two big changes I’ve noticed. The baseball bat affect already shows clear signs of going away. Base is noticeably thicker. Also, my flaccid hang is significantly bigger. Especially since starting Nofap my flaccid always seems huge. It’s regularly hanging more than 4 inches and seems really full.
My routine:
Started off very basic.
Jelqing 2 days on 1 day off for the first week. Then tried implementing light stretching and had worse erection quality, Pi’s.. Stopped doing them and focused on jelqing
So I did just the jelqing for the first month. In the last Week I’ve started a really light series of stretching. Holding the stretches lightly as I kegel. Do 20 kegels each stretch then move on. (Straight out, left right, down up.)
Due to Nofap I havent been touching my penis much at all, besides PE. It feels noticeably bigger and this is probably mostly due to erection quality.
Also, I guess I should write down my goals. 7.5x5.5 seems like a reasonable long term goal. Maybe I shall hit that and go from there.
