My PE Journey Begins

Hi all! I am starting out my journey with jelqing for the second time. I tried back last year but was not fully engaged and did not perform the jelq properly which led me to be scared about continuing. After some thorough reading through the forums however, I feel a lot more optimistic.

My beginning stats are:

BPEL = 6.75 inches
Mid-shaft erect girth = 5 inches
NBPFL = 3.25 - 3.5 inches

Now I have performed about 5 sessions in the past week or so and will continue going through with them as long as I can. I feel like I have already seen some minor NBPFL increases and I have generally been closer to 3.5 inches. I am not sure how long I should be stretching for though and I am not sure if I am supposed to feel any soreness after performing the exercises. I generally do NOT feel sore much at all after the exercises so maybe I am not stretching properly?

I usually warm up for about 10 minutes with a warm compress and then do approximately 30 secs of stretches in 4 directions and then 30 seconds of spin stretches followed by about 100 jelqs which is followed up by a warm shower for about 5 - 10 minutes.

I am hoping to gain some girth and go up to 5.5 hopefully and 7 - 7.5 inches. I’m also wondering when started the jelqs, do you guys try to press into your pubic fat pad to get as far inside the shaft as possible before starting the jelq maneuver or just start at the visible part of the base outside of the fat pad?

Really hopeful about this. I mean I am fairly happy with my size but I really want to drop my gfs jaw when she sees me again (we are long-distancing for another 3 months and I am hoping to give her a little surprise)! Any advice would be appreciated. I hope to track my progress here also. Thinking about uploading some before pics for comparison but we’ll see about that!

Your number of stretches and time seems to be sufficient. There should be a feeling that your penis has been worked out after stretching. It doesn’t necessarily mean it has to be sore. In my case it actually feels good. Do you feel this at all? That you’ve given it a good workout? Watch and see. If you start noticing gains with what you are doing. That’s the best indicator to let you know if your routine is working.

I jelq from the visible base of the shaft. I don’t see a need in having to push so deep into the fat pad. I feel this would just become uncomfortable after a while and would be more of a workout than you have to do.

Just thought I’d update my log. Didn’t really stay consistent with the exercises until 1 week ago. Added Bathmate to my routine.

I feel like my length has since increased but my girth has stayed rather stagnant.

I start off by doing stretches in the shower for about 2 minutes. Then been doing approximately 20 minutes of Bathmate (4 x 5 minute sets). In between the sets I jelq for about 50 jelqs/set.

Bathmate has been a little uncomfortable but I feel like I’m slowly getting used to it. I’m wondering whether I should be using the Bathmate at full erection? It’s been a little difficult to maintain even a 75% erection everytime I put the Bathmate on. It’s just not very pleasurable.. Some mild discoloration evident right under my glans also due to the Bathmate.

I feel confident about this and I know I shouldn’t be measuring too often. I am going to try my best to only measure about once per week while also decreasing the frequency I masturbate which may help with my lack of ability to maintain an erection using the Bathmate. Gf coming back in 1.5 months. Hopefully I can keep up with the routine and see some sort of gain by then!

Just a quick feedback: from my humble point if view you started pretty intense. Especially jumping right into 5 days per week seems risky to me.

Ok, by now you are in the second month and added pumping too. Well, did your gains already stall after 1 month to modify the routine?

I simply think you are a bit racing into PE. It’s a marathon, not a sprint…

Maybe you are right. I’m probably going to scale it back a tiny bit with the pump and maybe use it as a warm-up/cool-down for 5 mins before and after jelqs!

As for the gains, I recently measured at 7 inches. Girth has maintained at 5 inches although there has been a greater variation 4.8 - 5.2.. Not sure what to make of this range. I did find that the bathmate has helped a bit with my EQ.

More than anything, I want to increase my girth and this is the main reason why I added the Bathmate! I have taken it super slow with it though and at most I’ve used it for 15 - 20 minutes at a time.

Just a quick update. Have been doing 2 on 1 off religiously for the past month or so. I was using the Bathmate as a pre-jelq warm-up and post-jelq cool-down.

I measured last night after getting a rock solid erection and I am hitting 6.25 NBPEL and pretty much have hit 7 inches BPEL.

I’m not sure if the bathmate has helped at all. I generally get to 80% erection and slip it on and once I hit a couple of minutes inside and pull my penis out, it’s not much bigger and it’s at like 70% flaccid at best. I also tend to have a harder time getting an erection after having used the bathmate and thus has even prevented me from doing jelqs properly as well. So for the last couple of sessions, I have not used the bathmate at all. I get to 75% erection MUCH easier and am taking less breaks in order to maintain my erection. I think perhaps you guys were right in advising me to not start out so hard with the Bathmate.. Not only is it uncomfortable, but I have yet to see my penis actually expand past its normal NBPEL which is frustrating and I feel like I just wasted $100 for nothing..

Anyways, I am however excited with my “gains” so far after only about a month of legitimate and dedicated PE. I am going to stick with this routine until further notice and re-evaluate in another months time:

1) Warm shower water warm-up for a couple of minutes
2) 5 minutes of stretching in every direction and spins in two directions to end it off
3) 60 wet jelqs
4) Cool-down in shower.

This routine is also much shorter (~20 mins) than using the Bathmate (~30 minutes) which is also a positive.
