I had looked through some of my old threads and noticed that my penis has changed. I did not take measurements that much throughout the years of my PE routine. I did notice my dick changed a lot since my very beginning photos.

So here I am again. Except now I am more technical than ever. :D Still…I haven’t ordered my Long Johnny. But soon, friends, soon I will have it when I think to purchase it. Haha.

Good to be back! This time I will take measurements weekly or monthly. I haven’t decided.

My routine is not complicated. Pretty much it is a 2 day on and 1 day off. All I do is Clamp, Jelq, Stretch and Pump. However I have discovered less time is best and I think there is a theory on that somewhere in TP Forum. I remember hearing a good deal about that throughout my years here.

In total my workout takes about an hour. Sometimes less, depending on my mood. :)

I use a heating pad to warm up for 5 minutes.

Then I do two sets of clamps 5 minutes each while Kegeling. I can get about 10-20 kegels in per minute. Which is a good amount.

After each 5 minute clamp I Jelq for 40 strokes. Then apply heat for 3-5 minutes.

Then comes the fun part which is Pumping. I do a max of 10-15 minutes but stay in the tube for 5 minutes each. Then I stretch 3 times in each direction for 10-15 seconds. Apply heat and I am done!

Your routine is great, have you grown with it?

My penis has definately changed from when I began. I have never been so happy to be normal.

Next I am gonna have a more solid routine. It gives rest days. I rarely take those but they help. :) I will give you more info later. I am gonna try and keep this log a bit more professional than my others.

I think Jelqs and Clamping provide the best gains overall. It’s why my routine consists of those two basic exercises. Not sure what my complete goal is yet. :)

There is a large difference between a tape measure and a ruler. The ruler is a lot more accurate and I have not been using that. With the ruler I am able to get a very accurate BPEL measurement. Will be changing my stats soon, as a reminder don’t use a tape measure unless it is for a girth measurement.

Done with my PE workout for today.

2 Sets Clamping 5 minutes each with 60 Wet Jelqs in between.
Pumping at 5-7hg for 5 minutes for 2 sets.
It was a great PE workout today and I could really feel a tug while in the cylinder. :)

Between each 5 minute set I rest for 3 minutes with a heating pad around my cock. I’m working my way to 240 Wet Jelqs by the end of July.
