Great workout today. Warmed up for 5-10 minutes and proceeded from there with two sets of 5 minute clamping. To finish the workout I pumped for 12 minutes with a 7 minute warm wrap at the very end.

I did my workout today and it was OK. It wasn’t the greatest one, there was too much fluid build up after pumping. Other than that, I think the magic number for all this is 5-6 minutes for each set. :) Looking toward for tomorrow, it will be a better workout.

I think the reason my PE workout wasn’t that great on 7-15-19 is due to rushing a bit. I forgot to use heat between my sets, and I did not do any stretching either. So I need to set a reminder to do that every PE workout. Never to rush.

Today will be better I am sure. :) Will update later on how it went.

I did my workout today and it was a lot better than before. The key element is heat. :) I never like rushing anything. Unless it’s food, even then it can screw up since I like it to be juicy instead of dry.

Had a great workout today. Clamped three times for 5 minutes with 20 Kegels per minute with Jelqing and heat in between. To finish off my workout, I Pumped three times for 4 minutes each at 5hg and a little over. Then finished the workout! Now I’m tired.

I do 300 wet jelqs, and I agree.. Somewhere between 250 and 300 I feel my unit has been worked.

Keep up the routine. Consistency over long periods of time is key.

Consistency and heat. :) I want to invest in a ADS or something to use while I play video games. Maybe ya’ll can just give me everything for free, y’know since I’m sweet. ;)
