I don’t shave or trim. It goes against my personal beliefs the last time I tried coconut oil it didn’t seal well. I may try again but use more of it.

Its the only way to measure true lenght. Imo
Look at doctors that specialize in lenght enhancement and such they always measure lenght with tape measure and it must go over the glans.

I am hairy too and not going to shave it or trim. Liberally means lots, tons, just shy of dripping off you.

Thanks. I got the coconut oil, I used it and it worked well. It also helped heal my skin to. So not only for pumping for full body moisurizer as well. Haha

I tried the clamping method where you place it behind your testicles. It engorged my veins, I didn’t do too much of it the other day. Only sticking to 10 kegels, and removing the clamp and jelqing.

It made my dick very fat and EQ insane.

PE day today after a rest day. :0) I am excited. I measured and my length was just a bit above 6.5, not exactly 6.7 but it is progress. :)

So my idea about clamping behind my balls failed. I think I will just continue to use a sock. The reason is due to getting some swelling in my left testicle.

Still getting odd measurments I am still getting a solid 6.6 BPEL average, but will sometimes get a 6.8 BPEL. Still progress. :0) I think to better gauge my journey I will measure every week instead once a month.

My BPFL is 5”.

I hate my fat pad. Haha. It has gotten smaller but with all this virus crap, I can’t get to the gym. Ugh!!!

Stretch to warm up.
2 clamping sets with 100 kegels each.
After each clamping set, 60 jelqs.
Stretch and then apply heat.

To make it more technical.

Stretch and hold 10 seconds.
Warm up 4 minutes.
Clamping 1: 100 kegels.
60 jelqs
Clamping 2: 100 kegels.
60 jelqs
Stretch 4 mintues.
Warm wrap 4 minutes.

Had a very busy week so my schedule was sporadic. Back to it! :0)

My EQ is still great. Even though I had to mess around with my PE workouts. The best routine for me is still…2 clamping days, one stretching and pumping. An update on stretching, normally I would feel a tight pull when I would do my stretches, now there isn’t one. I guess that’s progress. :0)
