My Routine and Progress Again.

Did some walking and stretching.

Then came home and did my PE workout at a higher intensity. Great EQ. :0) Tomorrow I will lounge about and do nothing. :D Besides walking my dog and lower back stretching. For some reason my foot pain is is caused by tight muscles not in my feet.

When I get fully vaccinated I hope to be at the gym more. Where I go literally no one wore masks because most people are unintelligent and lack self-awareness.

Anyway…progress update, my penis feels thicker. That’s really it. :) PE tomorrow, brand new week of PE coming. Ordered some glyde to help make pumping easier.

Next before the end of this year and ADS to wear on my off day. :) Literally scheduled around my job. Haha.

Back 100%. Which means measurements and edging.

Now I wonder, I do 2 on one off for most PE. I wonder if doing my 4 minute pump technique would enhance girth gains?

Maybe I didn’t lube up enough but the last couple times I did my pumping I didn’t feel a ligh tug/stretch on my penis. Maybe its time to upgrade? Who knows.

Been beating off a good deal more. So now back to PE, it happens. I did it 3 times the past 2 days.

Sunday, a new week of PE. Rethinking using Glyde as my pumping lube. Using it does not yield an immediate pump afterward. The difference could be the ingredients. Petroleum jelly is more insulating, Glyde has something the “reduces the saturation of the the skin”. If I am using my brain correctly that means, less fluid build up?

All is well! :) ADS coming soon. Why am I so uptight in purchasing? Stretching is beneficial for length gains. I deserve free PE products, don’t you know? :D

Sitting down doing kegels and clamping seems more effective. :) Think I am gonna do that more often.

Todays a good day, PE. Except today follows a bit more intense routine. Instead of 2 clamping sets, I am gonna do 3.

4 minute warm up
5 minute manual stretching. Hold each 10-15 seconds.
Clamping & Kegeling

The best part about PE is laying in bed waiting for the heating pad to warm up. :D

I measured my girth today. I am a little over 5” not by much. But the main point is that when I measured my girth years ago I didnt have a consistent routine. And my measurement was a bit under 5 if I remember. :) I am just a tad over 5”, maybe 5.1 haha. Good progress though. Keep at it. Off to look at ADS again.

Had a good PE workout all week. :) Slow kegels adds to the clamping exercises. Also adds to explosive orgasms.

Glad to hear you had a good week. Agreed about those kegels. They’re work, but they definitely help with orgasm control.

Today I had a good workout. I am trying to add more sets for my clamping and tried doing 3 sets instead of two. My penis was a bit tired the day after with some fluid buildup under the skin. So what I have started is adding an extra set in before bedtime. So far it is working great. :) Many may doubt me when I say that my actual goal isn’t to be gigantic. I just want to be happy with myself and it has happened and continues to happen. If anything most of my issues come from being overweight and I am working on that.

Another thing that has happened recently. Since I only watch porn during my PE routine, its becoming difficult for me to find videos I find attractive. I realized a while back I had been disgusted by a lot of porn because the lack of diversity in men and their bodies.

Not sure whats happening mentally. Maybe I think too much about things as whole. :)
