Me to. Although I think my girth has gotten to 5, my length alternates between 6.5 and 6.7. I am more concerned with girth work and EQ.

To me the less I do my PIs are always good. Just be sure to use heat. :)

Haven’t done my routine yet. So I have noticed when taking my zinc supplement, well Zinc and Magnesium they’re two in one. I notice the ligaments around my penis tend to have a slight burn.

Keep in mind I don’t take this supplement everyday. This is just an interesting effect, I feel the increased bloodflow is helping heal my ligaments. Maybe I am overthinking.

Starting January I am gonna keep a more sophisticated log. Kinda like…Little Engine but not as smartsy lookin. Til then, you know more detailed explinations. Better measurement log.

Still annoyed at men. When you lack confidence, what do you think is gonna happen? Its always the same. I won’t be with a guy who isnt comfortable in his body.

2 sets clamping with 120 kegels each.

4 minutes stretching.

Between Friday abd Sunday, I jacked like 7 times. I dont mind beatin off but realized my nuts shrink if I do it a lot. They come back to normal size and hange better the less I jerk off.

Been doing some light PE. Healing nicely, although I feel I had a stretching injury as opposed to clamping. Today I did some stretching after not doing it a lot and my ligs felt tight. Overthinking…maybe, healing yes. Dr. Appt next week. The smelly pee issue is due to my protein shakes.

Still January, will be pumping more. Ordering an extender. I feel like manual stretching stacks, literally. You pull, hold and continue. My logs got stretched but was overdone.

EQ good. :) Just gonna see what the dr says next week. Will discuss this with him.

What is odd is after my gym workout the aches in my penis stopped.
