My Routine and Progress Again.

Speaking of less is more. I experimented with 4 minutes of stretching, doing 10 kegels. My EQ was insane.

Good rest day. August 12, a new PE day!

Workout for today is:
Stretching, Warm up 4 minutes.
Clamping, regular and behind testicles.
Warm Wrap after each set.

:) Kegeling is amazing.

Workout haven’t been the best recently but still up to it. Just a week of bad PE days. Haha. It will get better.

EQ is great but its been a bad week for PE. I’ve been lazy. Haha. Back to it now, I’d like to cuddle with a fellow PEer. One day I will find my husband on here. Haha. Jk.

Hey Naked Tomato, it’s nice to find logs of people staying consistent! Will be following your updates in the future :)

I noticed you’ve been a long time member but just recently started your log. What has your routine/gains been like over the past decade? I like seeing MSEG progress the most, since that’s what I’m after.

PE workouts better this week. I experimented with different types of heat. Moist heat tends to penetrate deeper into the tissue. Which is a good thing but you can easily overdo it. I’d say maybe 2 minutes with a heat pad would be OK. My regular 4 minute dry heat application does well enough.

I don’t keep you guys updated with my rest days. Today is a rest day. I will begin putting these in the log more often. Because I do forget to take them. I want to make sure I am getting adequate rest for PE and my body. :)

Rest day tomorrow. I guess I been at it more than usual or being a bit aggressive. The cord on my nuts was a little sore. Then last week for some reason I did BTB Clamp, knowing its dangerous. Nothing bad happend but had a little burning.

Today I did a light routine. Not stretching, a light clamp routine. Took some aleve and off to bed. Who knew stretching could get to the same intensity as clamping?

Thanksgiving PE Start - New Year

Had a day off. It felt good. Now back at it, EW was great this morning. Now onto my PE Workout before turkey.

5 Minute Warm Up
4 Minute Stretch w/Kegels
Clamping 2 Sets w/Kegels
4 Minute Stretch
5 Minute Warm Wrap
10 Minute Cold Wrap
