My Routine and Progress Again.

I hate having a fat pad. It’s basically a curse. I need a new ruler to, since the one I have is plastic.

I took my measurements today, I went from 5.3BPEL to 5.5BPEL. Which is good. :) When I get my new ruler I will measure and and become consistent with doing it once a week.

My fat pad has to be the most embarassing thing I have to deal with.

So I did a couple of things today. I bought a new ruler, it’s aluminum and so the flimsy one I had used to measure myself earlier was off by an inch. Instead of 5.3 BPEL I am 6.3-6.5” BPEL I even took the crappy ruler again and measured and it still had me a 5.3 BPEL.

Anyway! I have not lost any of my gains like I thought I did. :D

But for today, I did my PE workout and did 2 sets of clamping, one with 20 kegels every minute and the second with 30 kegels for a total of 250. In between I did 40 wet jelqs and applied heat for 4 minutes. I finished off my workout with 3 four minute pumping sessions, with stretching and heat in between.

It’s been a very good day!

Just finished my workout. Tomorrow I get a rest day. :D

- Warm Up 5-10 Minutes.
- Clamping 2x30 Kegels
- Pumping 3 four minute sets.
- Warm Wrap 10 Minutes

Use heat between everything. :)

Last two workout days have been iffy. It isn’t that the PE sessions were bad, I think they were not as good as they previously have been. Still I’d rate them 6/10 I really like a good workout with low hang feeling.

Still a good job! :) I think I am gonna write my routine down somewhere. That way I don’t overdo it and gradually increase sets with the same amount of time, but more Jelqs and Kegels.

The beginning of this week was terrible. Luckily my PE workouts have been good.

So my measurements for my flaccid length is bizzare, if I lost my fat pad I would be 5” BPFL. Actually a little over, my BPEL is 6.3-6.5 depending on how aroused I am. Not only am I starting a PE workout for a new week, I am starting with a clear indicator of what I want as a goal.

7.0BPEL and 6.0 NBPEL, that is a half inch for each. Besides losing my fat pad to show off my flaccid hang.

With my goal of 7.0 BPEL I have decided to add a different kind of pumping technique, not sure what it’s called. But I do my regular routine with clamping and pumping but add a third final pump for 2-3 minutes. It’s like stretching but using the pressure created by the cylinder to pull back and forth. At the end I hang lower, I’m not sure if this is something other pumpers do but it’s helped me.

I do. :) About to begin my workout for the day sometime soon. Not sure if it will be before or after the gym though. Guess I will figure that out when I do it. Haha.

Today I learned a few things. :) I learned a better way to sprint, so no more lower back pain. Secondly I found out I am super awesome. Lastly, my PE workout was great! :)
