My Routine Bathmate DHT Phallosan

Since 2015 I making PE.
Never more than 3 Month and with big breaks within.

A couple of days ago I read some Storys about DHT.
So I bought DHT from a reliable source an now I try it.

I use Bathmate in the Morning, then 2 Drops of DHT-Gel.
Then I wait for 20 Minutes and take on my modificated Phallosan for a hanging Session at 2,5 Kg.

I hanging 3x30 Minutes. After this time I wear the Phallosan with an extra long sleeve I bought from Aliexpress for alldaystretching.
Then I make a break at 6 pm and eat something.

After Eating I go shower again and wear again the bathmate.
After Shower again 2 Drops of DHT. 20 Minutes Waiting then again 3x30 Minutes Hanging and after hanging 4 Hours of light Stretching with the extra long sleeve.

Day 5

Penis is flacid thicker than usual.
Erections hard as fuck.

Do you mind sharing what you did from 2015 onwards with more details? How much have you gained?

I was wearing the Phallosan for 6 hours daily for 3 Months, had good gains (+1cm BPEL), but then I got a girlfriend and lost the Gains over the times.

But I was wearing bathmate for at least once in 2 Weeks from Summer 2015 to Summer 2017

In Summer 17 my Girlfriend broke up with me and I was wearing the phallosan again (from July to September then break until November)

Since November I try to wear the Phallsan daily (at least 3-4 hours) with wearing Bathmate twice a day.

Now I try it with DHT GEL, Phallosan and Bathmate.

Day 14 With DHT PHALLOSAN and Bathmate

My morning wood wood is very hard and the Penis seems to be longer in my eyes.

Flacid stretched lenght changed in about 12 Days from 19.5 cm to 19,7 cm

Erected lenght I will measure tomorrow morning.

I forgot to say I also take some nurition:

1 x dails IGF-1 Deer Anthler Velvet with Groth Accelerator Complex (Deer anthler, Rosea root, l-hteanine, green tea, Tribulus)
2 pills daily Hory Goat Weed Complex (with MAXA, Tribulus Terrestris Extract, Yohimbe, L-arginine)
1x3 Daily Spirulina Blue-Green-algae
1x2 Daily Prostasense (L-arginin, Maca, Coenzym Q10, Vitamin B1,b2,b6, pantohenacid, niacinamid, Biotin, Selen, Zinc)

I have looked into DHT and other hormones as much as I could for a few months and their relation to PE. And what I could conclude from expert opinion is if you had a hormonal imbalance (low dht) during puberty you can get benefits from DHT cream but those benefits are only up to your genetical potential and then you don’t gain from it from continued use. The risks are pretty significant since you risk enlarging your prostate and risk having to go on DHT reducing drugs.

I believe IGF-1 is way more potent and can grow the penis a lot wherease DHT has no effect on the penis after maximum genetic size is reached. transsexual men that want to become women do not lose their penis from lowering their DHT, people taking anti DHT drugs do not get a smaller penis. However if you get an enlarged prostate you get ED and a smaller penis.

personally choose not to take any topical DHT because I judged I had a normal puberty and would encourage you to look into something like DMSO instead which would help with expanding the tunica and making the tunica easier to stretch.

If you take anti-dht compunds like finasteride it is very likely you will develop a ton of symptoms like penile shrinkage, possibly fibrosis, more homosexual thoughts etc…

Strahlriemen, did you get any gains in girth since you started PE? Have you used IGF1 or other chemicals since yous tarted PE? Sounds like it could increase girth but from what I remember it’s actually connected with cancer.

No that is wrong and is not listed as side effects and have never been proven in any medical study, so just false information and fearmongering.

I do believe however that if you take a very high dose of anti-DHT drugs and lower your DHT maximally and the highest lowering possible is 90% you will experience some side effects, but if you go from way too high to normal no side effects are possible. It’s all about checking your hormones and knowing what the drugs do to you while you take them.

i think you would do better with a gauge air pump and a extender instead of phalosan.

You dont have the even be sceptical about that. Its simple if you claim persistent side effects from a reductase inhibitor that far from lowers hormones to 0 just reduces some hormones then show you blood work before and after. Hornones cant give persistebt side effects finasteride is not a drug that causes any permanent change to the body and it should NOT be taken unless you have unhealthily high levels of dht and dht should not be lowered to less than within reference ranges. If you have low dht to start with and lower it 70% more you are not healthy anymore just like having too low estrogen but neither causes permanent change.

Is it possible low testosterone guys who take dht even though they already had low androgens can disturb their androgen production permanently -yes possibly. Those guys need TRT. But we are stillonly talking hormones here not changing anything permanently.

Hey, I have heard from normal pumps thats they can harm the dick and in waterpumps like phallosan nothing will hurt, so I decide to go the “safe way”, or is that not true that normal air pumps can not harm the dick?

I also don’t like the extender with slings.. Can you advise me an good extender?

I Don’t know what I make different, but in the last day I hooked up over 5 girls, mostly the come to me (in the Club/Bar) my friends say I have now a other charisma..
I got more hair growing on face and chest :D
My routine: 5 days on 2 days off: hanging (2,5 kg 3x20 min Phallosan), everyday stretching with phallosan and belt for a 4-6 Hours.
Everyday: Bathmate twice a day for 12-15 minutes.
20 min before every training I take 2 drops of DHT. I take 2 pills of horny goat weed and igf1 5/7 like the routine.

Results 22 Days
Gained BPFL (strechted) 0.9 cm in 22 Days
Gained BPEL 0.2 - 0.3 cm

Correction:

I gained 1,1 CM BPFL in 22 Days
