Need Opinions On My Routine
The following is a break down of my soon to be implemented PE routine once I’ve gathered all the things I need. I should mention also that I am a big supporter of no fap when going hard at they gym or for periods where I need my energy, testosterone, mood and sleep quality at their best. No fap helps with these.
BPEL: 6”
EG: 5”
So far I’ve been jelqing for 5 days on 3 days off (routine explained later) and no fap for 3 weeks. EQ is fantastic and flaccid length is visibly improved. Penis traction device is in the mail and I need to pick up a few supplements. My plan for the next 3 months is this:
Increase vitamin intake (via food if possible)
A, B, C, D, E as well as Zink, Magnesium, HGW and L-Arginine. Note Vitamin B9 (folates) are great for DNA/RNA and cell division & growth.
Jelq routine 4on 3 off
Warm up
Helicopter spins (at different parts of shaft)
Clock wise/ counter clockwise stretch x30
30 second stretches in all 5 directions
125 5s jelqs (25 in each of the 5 direction)
50 V jelqs
Helicopters
Edging with cock ring (no cum)
Warm down in shower.
Sleep
Once my Penis Extender arrives I will incorporate it into my routine. Not sure yet but I figure I will start:
4on 3off (off set to jelq days off)
Stretch for 30 min intervals for total 2h in first week
Increase to 30 intervals for total 3 hr second week
1hr intervals in third week for total 4 hours and stay with that until November.
I am 5 foot 2 tall so my 6” penis looks good on me and I am in no rush. I want to condition my penis before I focus on gains. Also my motivation is that I would like to get back into webcam modeling and I remember what it was like being hard off and on for a few hours. My aim is for EQ quality for now. Any gains in these first 3 months are a bonus.
Do any veterans have thoughts or suggestions on my plan. Your insight and advice will be greatly appreciated.
