My girth routine, opinions please

This is my girth routine:

3 minute warmup with hot water
10 minutes of sadsak slinky lasting 30 seconds each direction
10 minutes of orange bend lasting 30 seconds each direction
15 megasqueezes lasting 15 seconds per repetition
25 dry jelqs lasting 3 seconds each
3 minutes with hot water, then 3 minutes with cold water using a towel

Meta : 23 cm x 15 cm.

I’d like to comment, but you are doing too many techniques I am not familiar with like “sadsak slinky”, “orange bend”, and lasting 30 seconds each “megasqueezes”

MEGA SQUEZZE: 80% erection, whilst hand clamping the base. Bunch’a kegels, then grab the tip with your free hand and squeeze with both.

I know that you have been PEing for a few years now. Just remember how easy it is to get injured on a girth routine and be careful! New guys? Don’t, just don’t.

Routine looks fine. Remember your penis will adapt to what you are doing, so swap things around occasionally, e.g. change the Slinkys for Horse 440’s, or do the jelqs first/increase the jelqs etc.

You could do some firegoat-rolls after the jelqs just to help avoid any discolouration.

All injuries happen from "too much", or "too much, too soon" or "doing the exercise incorrectly".

Just to clarify for new guys. Knopfler has been PEing for a few years now. The kind of routine he is doing will break your penis if you are not already conditioned.

Girth work is a lot more work than generic PE. It is also a lot more dangerous. So do be careful. Knopfler’s girth routine is an excellent example of what you will see the more experienced guys doing once they have reached there goal in length but not girth.

I see in your routine that you are using warm water and a towel to do your warm-up.
Then you are doing roughly an hour of bends, jelques, stretches, etc. without the introduction of additional heat.

I can’t offer any new exercizes, but I do suggest that you find a way to do your PEing under some direct source of heat.

A heat lamp or a small space heater can do the trick. I stared paying more attention to the application of heat a few weeks ago and although it is still early, I have the sense that my workouts are more productive.
It will be another month before I can report on whether or not the additional heat got me out of the plateau that I seem to have started … but it certainly didn’t hurt.

For me personally I prefer clamping with soft massage , I don’t think there is something better then clamping for girth, it will make it expand for the max.
