New here but got some gains
I’ve been lurking for awhile here just soaking up knowledge. Started using some of the great advice and routines here. Its working.
At little history. Have been interested in PE for the last 5 years just never really put much effort into it. Did some BM, jelqing, and tugging in the shower from time to time. This year decided to order a cheap vac ADS. Took awhile to be able to wear it for more than an hour. And started using my BM again. Then started doing some hanging with the vac ADS. I’ve been at it for 3 months and it’s working well. Though my workouts are erratic and definitely not consistent. The last week I got 10 hours ADS and 2 hanging sessions 3x20 @ 5lbs and 3 BM sessions @ 15 mins.
Starting stats: 6” BPEL, 4.75” EG, 6.5” BPFSL; Current stats 6.5” BPEL, 5.125” EG, 7.25” BPFSL
PIED was part of my problem with EQ. So I went nofap and quit PMO. Which has been helping tremendously in all areas of my life. I’m sure these are just newbie gains and things will slow way down. Though I’m not looking to get to porn star status. My wife(who is unaware I’m doing this) is already commenting that it feels bigger and I can’t go deep with her legs up.
So 7.5 x 5.5. Should be more than enough for me and my wife. I’m just not sure (if I get to 7.5) how to explain an inch and a half gain. That’s quite a bit.
Speaking of newbie gains. I get that lig stretch and EQ contribute a lot to that but is 3/4 inch BPFSL gain normal? That seems like quite a bit to me.
Either way happy with my results. Plan on working out and losing 30 lbs this coming year to lose some fat pad and just be a better me.
