Hi Everyone, I wandered in from internet when doing research on ED and “turtling”and its causes and how to correct the issue. I started lurking around the site and I am impressed by the wealth of information that is within this site.

So I started doing the basics, Jelqs and stretches, and have worked my way up to a pump and now a pro stretcher, which for me seems to be the best for me so far. I will take some measurements and post my progress as the weeks go by.

How long have you been doing PE?


Starting 10/09/17: BPEL 7” & MSEG 4.75”

Current 12/18/17: 7 1/2" BPEL & 5" MSEG

Goal: BPEL 9” & MSEG 6”

I’ve been on and off for the past en years or so, there wasn’t a real resource to turn to. Until now.

Key SoCalKev, Don’t forget the all mighty kegel exercise. Strengthening with the kegel is key to reverse ED….
