I have not been dedicating my time for the workouts recently, I have been incredibly busy with university.

Hey guys, I have been incredibly busy with university coursework, so have had a break of week and a half from PE. I will continue the routine, shown in the most recent post that includes my routine for PE.

Did two cyclees of the stretches routine today. Did some clap like squeezes for twenty seconds, three times, at a bathroom break,

I do feel bigger, like when i used to do exercises, i will definitely do squeezes whenever i go to the bathroom

I have been distant from my workouts from the past few weeks with exams to revise for. Now that I have alot more time, i will start my routine again. Whenever i get time, like bathroom breaks, i will do the three twenty seconds clamps using my hands. /This is in accordance to the most recent updated routine i have.

Monday is the start of my fresh routine

5 min warm up

stretch in each direction for 30 seconds

100x jelqs

1 min warm up

stretch in each direction for 30 seconds

5 min warm up

Manual clamps, whenever i have bathroom breaks

This week was actually just warm up and stretches.

I have been neglecting my workouts. starting again this week

Update! I have been concentrating on my mental and Physical wellbeing. I feel better actually XD

Will start swimming sometime in the next four weeks, will have to find a good venue. will start penile exercise on monday.
