I have been on and off the past few months, I had family problems and such.
I started this routine on Tuesday
Tuesday [ON] Five Minute warm up/Manual stretches, thirty seconds each/one minute warm up/Manual stretches, thirty seconds each/five minute warm up
Wednesday [OFF]
Thursday [ON] Five Minute warm up/Manual stretches, thirty seconds each/Wet Jelq x35, 3-6s Duration/ Five minute warm up
Friday [ON] Tuesday’s workout
Saturday + Sunday [OFF]
This will be my routine essentially, although I will mix up the workout days, and eventually up my jelq
BPEL: 5.25” EG: 5”
