Newbie Looking For Some Guidance

I have been a user at Thunder’sPlace for a while now and spent the first couple of months just reading and taking in as much knowledge as I could. I have done detailed research on Jelqing, ways of warming up, safety, vitamins etc. I have been successful with noFap (not watching porn or masturbating) for 25 days now. I started the Newbie routine on the 1st of April 2017 (this month) and have been doing it since. I have only got round to measuring my length so far (BPEL) and not my girth simply because measuring length is a little more convenient and because I am not particularly interested in my girth, although I will measure it for continuity soon, hopefully it will be in the next post. I started at BPEL 5.75” and after this short amount of time am at BPEL 5.9”, I’d probably attribute this gain solely to EQ but still it is a gain which I am happy about. My penis does feel a lot more full when erect than it did the little over 2 weeks ago that I started. However my main concern for starting this progress report is so that I may be coached along my journey by the many helpful and knowledgable people on this forum as I realised that that would be best in order to continue PE’ing at the safest level. Particularly due to the recent negative response of softness in my glans that I have experienced, which has freaked me out a little to say the least. I will outline what I have been doing below:
Warming Up
I find warming up in the bath to be most convenient. I would warm up simply by soaking in a hot bath for at least 5 minutes sometimes up to 15 minutes but usually for about 7 minutes. I could feel that my penis and the surrounding ligaments etc were very warm to touch so I am sure my warm up is sufficient however just to make sure I re-enter the tub anytime I feel I am cooling down too much.
Stretching
I started by doing five 30 second stretches, a single stretch in each direction (straight out, up, down, left, right) and upped this to ten 30 second stretches, 2 stretches in each direction by the second week as I felt the stretches were comfortable and was seeing positive PI’s (Increased EQ, Increased morning wood, more veins). The past few sessions I have upped the stretching by alot, increasing the number of directions in which I’m stretching to almost 20 directions, three 30 second stretches for each direction.
Jelqing
After my stretches I would do 10 minutes of jelqing, 5 minutes using an overhand grip and 5 minutes using an underhand grip. By the second week I upped this to 15 minutes (5 minutes 30 seconds for each grip variation) for the same reason that I upped the stretching. For the last couple of sessions I have increased jelqing to 20 minutes (10 minutes for each grip variation)
Warm Down
I warm down by again soaking in the hot bath for another 5 minutes.
Firstly I would like to say that I believe the positive PI’s are partly attributed to my 25 days of noFap but I know the PE routine has also contributed as I have felt these positive PI’s whilst practicing jelqing when beginning to first learn about it before I started noFap or the Newbie routine.
Secondly I would like to point out my concern after the increase in intensity for the last couple of sessions which is that I have noticed that my EQ has slightly dropped, but not everywhere. Particularly my glans is a little softer than the rest of my penis when erect although the rest is still extremely hard, more than usual.
After experiencing this slight drop in EQ I have decided to take this as a negative response and will take a short break until my EQ returns and start again on the slightly less intense routine that I began with. I think the particularly quick increase of veins on my penis got me a little excited into revving up my routine a little too quick. I want to stay as safe as possible and am very dedicated so will appreciate some guidance from the community. I plan to post as regularly as possible with as detailed information as possible and look forward to hearing what you guys think.
