Newbie question

6-7 weeks in, following the Newbie Routine, basically tenderizing my tool, wondering if between the cheeks stretch, again, not putting to much stress on my tool, will sitting on a heating pad work to stretch ligaments/skin/tendons etc help?

Any type of heat is essential while PE, whether it’s from a lamp, a heat pad, in a sauna, in a bath…
The more constant heat you apply the more your tissues relaxes and you get a good stretch out of it. If sitting on a heat pad feels good and efficient to you, do it, even though I would recommend wrapping you cock in it instead.

Like with many things here, read about it, try to understand it, try it for yourself if it sounds good to you, try different approaches if necessary and do what works best for you.

PE is a lot about figuring out of for yourself, using as much guidance as possible from reading and exploring thunders.
The search button can be your best friend here, especially as a beginner.

And maybe next time, don’t entitle your thread “newbie question”, be more specific. I’m probably not the only one getting a bit bored sometimes with them.

The heating pad is an electric, flat pad, an 8 inch by 1.5 foot pad, not conducive to wrapping, and I am squeezing in stretching from the BTC stretch. I just wanted confirmation on whether or not it was a good idea. You could’ve come back with “Dear GOD man STOP” if I was hurting myself or negating my other stretches. Thanks, I will take the “newbie” advice and post a more to the point title I have read this board for 2 months even before joining. I am well aware of the point that we are all different, I totally agree, but from time to time I am going to ask a few questions, glad you took the time to answer. Thanks

Give it a try and see how it works man. Like Picodon said, if it feels good, go for it. Never know what works and what doesn’t until we try it. Let us know what you find out and how it helps.

Does this mean you are an advocate for pumping? If so, I have read a lot of different posts, do you recommend a water based pump or a dry vacuum based pump? From what I have read, I cannot decipher which is the preferred.

Yes I am pro pumping, it can be great, it gave me gains. But the beast takes time to master and understand, some falls can be rough. And it will get you even more addicted to PE and make you desire even more a thicker penis due to amazing post Workout sizes, if done correctly.
Water and air are both good. I do water when in my bath, air when on the couch. Simple. The Common point is being able to add heat.
If you need to buy one make sure it has to have a gauge. You’ll decide after trying if you rather do dry or wet pumping sessions or both like me.
Read some of the posts in my fairly new progress log, I often talk about pumping and try to give out some pointers or my say on it.

Believe me, I’m being patient, can’t decipher some of the physics listed on this board in regards to pumping. Sometimes a simple answer is the best answer, as is a simple question. Both pumps? Beautiful. Was thinking of the Bath one, combining warm water to pumping sounds great, but I do not have the privacy available to myself to be as regular as I probably should, running a tub or shower without having someone here. Having said that, the dry would be an excellent alternative to those days. Thanks again, I will measure that girth soon, still in the top of the 1st and I need a less rigid ruler.

Like picodon said, patience is the key to success.

You can buy a good quality pump and use for both air and water. Try those from pumptoys, lapdist, thickwall or leluv. It’s important to buy the pump with the gauge.

If you tell us your base girth and mid shaft girth we can suggest the size you need.

Electric pump?

Have read reviews and they suggest an eletric pump, because of “The main purpose of this device, is to deliver a controlled pulsation that will stretch and expand the penis to its maximum capability. In turn, over time, leading to a larger and healthier organ” right from CTC website. Any thoughts on a less expensive solution? It does sound really good, or am I just buying into some hype?

I mostly do my entire stretch routine with an infrared light shining on my johnson. Not too close though, as your balls will begin to roast.

Be present with your routine, don't just glaze over and make it a chore. Change it up at least quarterly - just like a weight workout you need to keep him guessing.

Good tip

Can you just buy bulb or do you have to buy the whole fixture? And any advice on electric pumps? What I read makes sense, I even quoted the company’s claims. What do the lower cost battery operated pumps offer, the same type of suction or is it just a type of toy?

I personally have a heating pad, bought from amazon. It works great. Just wrap it around for 10 minutes before your PE workout to loosen the ligament. Remember don’t let your penis cool off while you are training it. Also, Take a look at my progress report if you have time. Good luck.
