No results after 2 months Hanging

Hi everybody,

Title already spoiled it. I started Hanging two month ago and still no results.

I tried to start with the newbie routine in february 2022 for a month. But was hard for me to imagine having gain only by few stretch and jelqs. Also I was living with my ex girlfriend so it was complicated to be constant.

End of June 2023, I started hanging with the BiB Starter and a redlight for the warm up / during the hang / warm down.

I started with 1 kilos hanging for the 3 first weeks only one session a day :

Week 1 : 3 sessions of hanging, 20 min for a session with 1 kilos
Week 2 : 4 Sessions of hanging, 20 min for a session with 1 kilos
Week 3 : 5 Sessions of hanging, 20 min for a session with 1 kilos
Week 4 : 6 Sessions of hanging, 20 min for a session with 1 kilos
Week 5 : 6 Sessions of hanging, 20 min for a session with 1,5 kilos
Week 6 : 6 Sessions of hanging, 20 min for a session with 1,5 kilos
Week 7 : 6 Sessions of hanging, 20 min for a session with 2 kilos
Week 8 : 6 Sessions of hanging, 20 min for a session with 2 kilos

I’ve just started the new weeks with 2,5 kilos. Each time I pass a step on the weight the first session is always a bit hard.

I tighten the screw as I should. I’m wraping my penis with strip + theraband. BTW I don’t feel the warm on my penis after wraping it but I’m still letting the red light on it. Can’t put it too strong or it burn the skin or the glans.

I understand that if I would already have 1cm gain, it would be too easy and what would be left for the rest of time. But still absolutely no result how should I interpret that ? I’ve read some topics with guys saying getting 2cm with the newbie routine in 2 months ( I don’t know if it’s really possible ).

Well anyway, asking about your experience if there is something I’m doing wrong here.

Do you have room for an IR heating pad? Are you measuring strain (post BPFSL vs pre BPFSL? If you’re not getting strain then you may need to up the weight.

That must be frustrating, but two months isn’t too much time. In fact that period might be more about conditioning for you. Many guys have non-linear response, with growth happening suddenly after some efforts that seem like they’re not getting anywhere. Then the growth stops, then all of the sudden again.

So don’t give up hope. Stay with it. Slowly build up time, slowly add weight. In 6-12 months if you haven’t gained anything I’d be surprised, but at least at that point you can say it isn’t a method that works for you.

You can also consider an ADS device of some sort as a post-hang addition to keep things stretched with a little tension. A lot of guys have success with that.

Try.9 months minimum.

2 years imho to work up to a good weight an then put in an hiur a day ….almost daily.

Start.off slow and add.weight slow.


Goal 7.5 x 6.5

Start 4/22 6 x 5.25 BG

Current 11/22 6 x 5.5 BG 4-7/8" MG

I been doing PE since 2009 and never seen a single gain. I seriously believe that, not all penises have the ability to gain without some sort of surgery or injections

I don’t know what you mean by having a room for heating pad. But I’m using this IR Lamp. It is enough powerful as the full power can burn the skin (obviously not using it like this).

I’m patient, but I want to make sure that my approach is good and not doing this for nothing. Thank you for your advices.

Same thing happened to me; stay consistent and you will see results. It takes 6 months to see results. Courage and patience. All the best.
