No results after 2 months Hanging

Title already spoiled it. I started Hanging two month ago and still no results.
I tried to start with the newbie routine in february 2022 for a month. But was hard for me to imagine having gain only by few stretch and jelqs. Also I was living with my ex girlfriend so it was complicated to be constant.
End of June 2023, I started hanging with the BiB Starter and a redlight for the warm up / during the hang / warm down.
I started with 1 kilos hanging for the 3 first weeks only one session a day :
Week 1 : 3 sessions of hanging, 20 min for a session with 1 kilos
Week 2 : 4 Sessions of hanging, 20 min for a session with 1 kilos
Week 3 : 5 Sessions of hanging, 20 min for a session with 1 kilos
Week 4 : 6 Sessions of hanging, 20 min for a session with 1 kilos
Week 5 : 6 Sessions of hanging, 20 min for a session with 1,5 kilos
Week 6 : 6 Sessions of hanging, 20 min for a session with 1,5 kilos
Week 7 : 6 Sessions of hanging, 20 min for a session with 2 kilos
Week 8 : 6 Sessions of hanging, 20 min for a session with 2 kilos
I’ve just started the new weeks with 2,5 kilos. Each time I pass a step on the weight the first session is always a bit hard.
I tighten the screw as I should. I’m wraping my penis with strip + theraband. BTW I don’t feel the warm on my penis after wraping it but I’m still letting the red light on it. Can’t put it too strong or it burn the skin or the glans.
I understand that if I would already have 1cm gain, it would be too easy and what would be left for the rest of time. But still absolutely no result how should I interpret that ? I’ve read some topics with guys saying getting 2cm with the newbie routine in 2 months ( I don’t know if it’s really possible ).
Well anyway, asking about your experience if there is something I’m doing wrong here.
