Tomorrow begins week 12 on my PE journey and after some trial and error, a trip to the urologist, and a LOT of reading here, I think I’ve hit upon a routine that’s working FOR NOW. I assume that I will have to constantly adapt as time passes if I want to keep growing. One of the biggest signs of progress is what I look like in my fiancés hand and mouth. At first I thought it was wishful thinking but the tape measure doesn’t lie. Recently I’ve noticed that it’s harder to get comfortable while sitting because I’m hanging fuller and lower which causes my cock to get “caught/smashed” between my legs. I’ll take the minor irritation with a smile since it means I’m making progress.
Here’s my current routine:
Warm up 5-10 mins with heat pad as hot as I can stand it.
20 cranks in either direction.
4 x 20 mins with 5lbs hanging while seated and heat pad wrapped around shaft.
10 minute breaks with continued heat pad
Night time fowfers for 10-30 minutes.

Any comments or recommendations from you guys is greatly appreciated. I’ll be doing 12 week measurements tomorrow and posting!

Sounds awesome!! Intense and risky, yet apparently you have made gains so I (esp being new myself (about 12 weeks also), can’t judge you on anything in ur routine!

Curious as to your starting stats and what exactly happened that warranted a trip to the Dr??

Stats are on my profile but I was about 7.5 BPEL

4.75 EG

At one month I was

7.875 BPEL with no change in EG

3/8 of an inch is exciting but I know there could be variance in measuring technique since I’m new so I’m really Excited about today’s measurement!

I was having trouble urinating and was waking up at night to go a lot. I went to doctor and he did a PSA blood test, ultrasound, and uroflow. He deemed me tumor/obstruction free so I came back here and really began reading more.

The problem was that I wasn’t resting enough both during my routine and during the week, I was also getting lazy about using heat. I was just strapping on 5lbs and hanging for as long as I could possibly stand it, sometimes 40-45 min. When I re-evaluated my routine and got serious about heat and rest (10 mins between sets and 2 days a week off) my symptoms of trouble/difficulty urinating cleared up.
