Measured today cold after 24 hours of no stretching. Took tongkat & some citrulline a few hours before to try to minimize EQ as a factor. I finally hit 7.0 BPEL. I measured 4 separate times over a few minutes to make sure it wasn’t a gripping or position thing. So I’ve likely had new tissue for a bit but my subpar EQ & other factors obscured it for a week or two. Girth is holding at 5.5 MEG.

I left it out of my last post but I do golf weight fulcrums for a minute straight down, left, & right after my bundled stretches. Then its dry jelqs at 50% to 80% at a horizontal or lower angle for bloodflow & recovery as much as girth, usually with a 30 second slow squash jelq at the end. Part of the logic of the routine is about pre-stretching my tunica with the fulcrums & bundled stretches to make the relatively humble girth moves afterward more effective. I keep those bundles & fulcrum stretches low on my shaft in hopes that it’ll thicken up that area & alleviate my baseball bat shape.

I’m 2 months into this PE “season” since my month long decon back in March & April. This is the first result I’ve logged since then & its 2 months in so this hasn’t reignited my noobie gains again. But it was a solid 7, not just barely reaching the hash mark when straining on my best measurement. So I’m excited. 7.1 BPEL will officially represent a full inch gained for me & hitting 7 today is quite a milestone itself. Its just psychological, but its a big milestone for me. That big round number turning over feels like a formal end to something & a fresh start to something else.

I started slightly above average but well within the average length range at 6.1 BPEL & I’m finally out of the sixes. The 7s cover the range from well above average to indisputably long so I’ll be happy with my size no matter how much more I gain. The erect length still looks the same to me but my flaccid is noticeably better & the thickness gains are noticeable to me both flaccid & erect. When I’m growing I’ll still be thrilled & when I get stuck in a rut again I’ll at least be helping to cement a desirable size I’ve worked hard to achieve.

Since my last decon I’ve been a lot less consistent, sometimes taking 2 or 3 days off between sessions depending on work or other factors. I’m trying to add an odd stretch or 2 in when I can at work. Its easy enough to do but beating it into my head as another daily routine is what I’m after. And I’d like to start stretching multiple days in a row. My grip leaves my foreskin tender & the girth days always need a rest day afterward. But I think my conditioning & technique are at the point where I can read my PIs & up the work load like that & not overshoot the mark. I also need to double down on making kegels a solid daily ritual. That part is holding me back. Typing it into this log will help with this resolution.

It’s mostly unrelated but I’ve been using CBD gummies for a few months now after work & before bed to help with stress & sleep. And for the first time in my life I’ve successfully stopped a lifelong, often painful nail biting habit. Its a big deal to me.The oilfield is going strong again too, further boosting my financial prospects. So I’m just gonna cruise along with all this positive momentum & see where it carries me.

Measured my BPFSL right after stretches at something noticeably above 7.25 during a workout last week. This usually foreshadows BPEL gains. My BPEL was comfortably 7.0 with the tip more than barely touching the 7.0 mark. Not a gain, but most likely a log worthy development.

Not sure how much of this recent progress is EQ since I’m a few weeks into getting back on top of my kegel routine after quitting during my decon. Hopefully I’ve been gaining these past few months & my lack of EQ was hiding it.

Measured cold after 48 hours of no PE. What I mean when I type this: after a session I took the next day off & measured cold the following day a few hours before my next PE session, roughly 48 hours later. Anyway, I hit 7.0 BPEL with room to spare. MEG was 5.5 with my BEG closer to 5.5 than 5 3/8, where it’s been at for a while. I’ve been targeting that base girth with the bundled & fulcrum stretches, hoping to pre-stretch the base before the girth moves & get the shaft more uniform.

So I’ve had a few months of nothing with my BPFSL staying around 7.25 except for a one-off session in April where I showed more. Then I barely hit 7.0 BPEL 3 weeks ago, had a BPFSL noticeably above 7.25 last week, & have a solid, easy 7.0 BPEL today. I’ve been gradually getting back on top of my kegels after the decon. So it seems likely that my recent BPEL improvement could be EQ gains filling in my BPFSL gains. But the sudden jumps in BPFSL still confuse me. I’ve read for years about guys having sudden gains like this. Weeks or months of nothing before a sudden jump.

Starting about 2 weeks ago I’ve been holding 2 minute stretches (mostly straight down) once or twice in the truck or porta-johns while at work on rest days. I can tell that I can’t handle 2 consecutive days of my routine, especially after the girth portion. The tissue just feels a little sensitive & “worked”. So I’m trying to get more length work in during the week this way. Not too different than guys doing Jai stretches in the bathroom but I’m doing an easy 120 second downward hold instead. My flaccid hangs lower & fuller & looks subjectively thicker to me so maybe I won’t be one of those guys with body dysmorphia about my size.

Measured cold after 48 hours of no PE again. BPEL was an easy 7.0, maybe a 16th over. But the best part was my BPFSL hitting an easy 7 3/8 (heated & post-stretch), easy enough that I was straining for 7.5 because it looked possible for a moment, looking to be between 7 3/8 & 7.5. I think I measured complacently with my eyes automatically falling on that 7 3/8 mark & was surprised when it kept stretching. The conventional wisdom about BPFSL gains foreshadowing BPEL gains has held true for me so far. MEG is holding at 5.5.

I tried to get a picture while measuring but I had trouble coordinating an erect penis, a ruler & a cell phone with 2 hands. I’ll nail it next time.

Thanks. Hope so. Although at my non-noob growth rate I think I’m a few years from that goal. But I’m a half inch away from 7.5 BPEL, which was an earlier goal. My experience at this point leaves me with no doubt that I will achieve my goals in the next few years. PE works & I’ve learned how it works for me. If I stopped now I’d still be very grateful for my PE gains. I really do look bigger & I feel like I’ve started to move up into another subjective size category.

My work schedule is getting chaotic & has interfered with my routine all week so I’m going to call it the first week of an unscheduled but probably overdue 5 or 6 week decon. The ruler & continued progress were driving me to push for 7 1/8 BPEL (1 inch from my starting length) & get new pics first. But events have derailed this plan & I want to put this unintended week off to more efficient use. I hope to be starting a new job in the next month or so & I’ll be scrambling to create a new daily schedule & routines. Ideally I’ll have a stable daily schedule by then.

I ended my 6 week decon on the 17th. I lost no size.

I’m starting back with 1 set of: SO for 60 seconds, SD for 60 seconds, bundled behind my leg each side for 60 seconds, & 2 golf weight fulcrum sets SD in different spots for 60 seconds. Same IR preheating & continuous heating during the session. I end with a few dry jelqs & 10 minutes of a lightly held SO or SD stretch as my tissue cools.

I’ve started a new job & am aiming for a 2 on, one off schedule, schedule permitting. I go out and come home a bit unpredictably but mostly on a day schedule, so 2 on, one off with an occasional extra on or off day seems doable.

I took last week off due to a lack of privacy coupled with my work schedule. Yesterday was the 2nd day in my 2 on, 1 off routine.

I’ve been using my golf weight fulcrums on the base and maybe a half inch forward if that for downward stretches, and occasionally token 30 second stretches to both sides at the base.

Yesterday I did them downward and both sides at both the base and maybe an inch forward of that. Immediately after I measured my BPFSL 3 times. The first two measurements yielded 7.5, the last 7 3/8.

I’ve always had a bit of an issue with BPFSL measurements because it seems that the way I grip or pinch at the end of my flaccid looks like it could yield up to 1/8th difference, particularly if I pinch too far forward on my glans, distorting it’s shape at the tip.

That said, I did clearly see 7.5 twice, which is either a solid gain or a testament to the potency of spreading fulcrum stretches around on the shaft. I was deliberately looking for any temporary flaccid gains moving the fulcrums around might’ve yielded me so I’m not gonna read too much into this yet. But this is a data point worth noting either way.

I measured my BPFSL again today immediately following my golf weight stretches. I got 7.5 in three separate measurements. My BPFSL tends to lead my BPEL by 3/8 so I expect to see a 1/8 gain in my BPEL soon.

I had my first session today in over a month after an unplanned break. I changed jobs and shifts and had 2 house guests for that period and have gotten a bit comfortable with extended breaks from PE. Calling it a decon would be a bit of a spin but I’m sure it didn’t hurt my progress much, if any.

Heated, went 60 seconds SD, both sides behind the leg for 60 seconds, and 60 second fulcrums SD in 2 different spots and side fulcrums for 30 seconds each. Then I did a few dozen dry jelqs and held a stretch for 10 minutes as my tissues cooled down. This is just a slightly abbreviated version of my normal routine. Since I added the golf weight fulcrums I more or less just add time to the stretches and ramp up to ulis/ squeezes to add intensity as the months pass before taking regular decons.

Right after the golf weight fulcrums I measured my BPFSL at 7.5, which was a measurement I was fired up about in my last post before this break. So I likely lost nothing and still have a gain to look forward to in the near future.

I measured cold after 48 hours of no PE. My BPEL finally moved up to 7.1 (7 1/8th). I probably reached this measurement a while ago but was on an unintentional decon and didn’t look for it. I’m now a full inch longer than my starting length of 6.1 BPEL.

I’m coming off of that month off in December and had over a month of an actually planned decon before that with only a few weeks of PE in between. So I’m hoping my tissues are well and truly deconned and have several months of growth in them before my next break. That 7.1 was comfortably past the hashmark, possibly 1/16th above it. So I’m hoping that 7.25 is only a few months away if I can stay consistent.

Placeholder post: I’m feeling my way into hanging with an LG hanger and a Thermedic heating pad starting this month. I believe I started on the 6th. Still holding at 7.1 BPEL. Didn’t get much results from fulcrums or bundles and took a couple of weeks here and a month there as unintentional, rationalized “decons” (changed jobs and sleep schedules, had house guests, ect). Started back up this month with manuals in the shower, transitioning to hanging on my first day off.

Started with 2.5lbs but felt nothing much, aside from the mistakes I was making with the tape and wrap. Dialed that stuff in, put on the silicone cap that came in the mail yesterday, moved up to 3.25lbs, and felt an ache in the last 15 minutes of a 1 hour session with no pinching or other discomfort. Aiming for 5 on, 2 off and feeling my way into this as I read everything I can and try stuff out. I’m living alone now and taking full advantage of this while I can.

Went through two cycles of roughly 2 weeks on, 1 off with the hanging, gradually increasing the weight to 8 lbs. No gain yet.

Taking a break from hanging from mid-month to early next month. Also took up clamping. No solid idea what I’m doing, big picture-wise.

The initial idea was to start doing slow squash jelqs after hanging to “fill in” the gap between my BPFSL and my BPEL. The fact that I’m almost a year without any gains got me thinking about a more drastic change up.

I thought focusing on girth for a while might or might not help decon some of the tissues I’m stretching for length, while achieving gains of some sort. I also read about the rare length gains from clamping and the base girth gains, which I need to get rid of my baseball bat shape. Those ideas initially got me moving on this new routine.

So somewhere behind this new plan is a confused medley of “we’re stalled out and need a win somewhere” and the secondary benefits of more girth and a more uniform shape.

So the idea of being thicker soon and certifiably, noticeably thick for the remainder of my sex life plays into this, too.

Where I’m really confused is with stretching. I’m ruining my mini-decon concept with pre and post clamping stretches.

The idea is to pre-stretch for more expansion (bundles and an inverted V-stretch near the base) and to help with any of those mysterious length gains clamping sometimes gives.

Slightly less fuzzy bigger picture outlook: I’m confident of girth gains, hopeful for more base than mid-girth gains, and if I don’t gain any length, I’m at least cementing the hell out of that 7.1 BPEL.

I’m not sure when I’ll jump back into hanging. If I get fast girth gains I may get excited and prioritize this for a while. If not, I may throw a couple of clamping sets onto the end of my hanging for all the usual reasons (girth gains, eq to show my length gains, ect). But I’m feeling like I might put hanging on the back burner for a month or two to see where this goes.

Routine for now (a week in to it): Warm up under my lamp. 1 set of bundled BTC stretches in each direction. 1 set of an inverted V-stretch near the base using a golf weight.

Then 3 sets of 10 minute clamp sessions under heat. During the session I alternately edge, kegel, and bend slightly against the upward curve with my fingers (pulling gently under the mid-shaft) and thumbs (pressing on the glans) to increase the internal pressure slightly.

Afterwards I’m planning a few more heated stretches and a 10 minute unheated clamped edging session to cool back down to room temperature in an expanded state. I’ll probably throw on a cheap silicone cock ring afterwards.
