I just found your threads, and read your whole routine history. I’ll be tired tomorrow from staying up too late, but it was worth it. I’m going to try your jelqing method and theory, starting tomorrow. I’m going to get a wrap, and rather than save PE for late at night, I’ll do it in the morning when I can so I can wear a wrap all day.
For a while now I’ve been jelqing with a light grip, with long, quality strokes. Sometimes one stroke took 8 seconds. But I gain little length, and girth comes slowly. Years ago when I first started, I would squeeze harder, and I remember gaining length quicker, as well as having a larger flaccid.
I’m also glad to see you made your gains mostly from manual exercises. I thought I was going to have to start hanging next month or something like that. I know you did it a little bit, but what I got from your thread is the quality jelqing is the most important thing. That said I’m ordering a VacADS, since it’s such low-risk method that seems to work well.
