PE Journal
Hello,
So I just started PE and wanted to make a journal to track my progress, keep myself accountable as well as get inputs from everyone on my routine.
Current:
BPEL - 4.5
EG Base - 4.25
EG Mid - 4.0
Current Routine: C-Jelq 15 minutes.
I don’t have a lot of time so I plan on skipping the heat warm-up for now and see how it goes. I usually try to squeeze in the workout first thing in the morning as soon as I wake up and got a boner.
