First post so I figure I’ll go a little into my journey, my thoughts on penis enhancement, my goals, and a couple other things I’m working in that are tangentially related to my penis goals.
So I’m a 25 year old who, after a couple years of life and my own mental demons slapping me around I’m finally getting a foothold and pulling things back together. On the boring personal non-penis related front I’m working retail and possibly transitioning to an office job soon, I also just enrolled to return to school and finish my degree which is something I have really needed to do for a while.
I’m 5’9” and weigh 210 lbs, I’m honestly not fat and people are pretty surprised when I tell them how much I weight but I do carry a lot of weight in my thighs. My body fat percentage is about 29 percent. Because body weight and personal fitness is inextricably linked to penis aesthetics I’m gonna be tracking my weight loss and general body transformation here. As far as what I’m doing about it? I’m currently walking about 5 miles a day, 5 days out of 7 and I intend to get that up but things are just hectic at the moment. I am also going to the gym, I’ve gotten to the point that I am going 3-4 times a week and meet once a week with a personal trainer. I’m also vegetarian, which I think had made a noticeable difference in my quality if life as well as general level if health. Since starting exercising and changing my diet I’m actually already down from 230 a couple months ago so I’m pretty proud of that start. The goal is 175 lbs at 12% body fat.
Now comes the time for dick talk. I’m honestly not unhappy with my dicks size, though that wasn’t always the case. I actually always had size anxiety from watching porn and being a generally average sized guy, but once I started having sex more regularly as an adult and got consistently great feedback from partners I stopped worrying about my pecker so much. Now lately I’ve been on a bit of a dry spell, partially tied to incredible bouts of manic depression so I’ve mostly just been taking care of myself mentally and yknow.. Physically. Anyway my erectile quality has just really plummeted and I’ve even had trouble achieving orgasm some days. And I mostly wanted to fix this, and of course as all guys say: I wouldn’t mind having a little more.
Current stats:
BPEL: 6.1”
BPFL: 3.4”
EG: 5.1”
EQ: inconsistent, but occasionally unable to reach orgasm, and erections aren’t as strong as they used to be. I mostly attribute this to personal health right now and the fact that I haven’t been getting any or masturbating a lot.
What am I gonna do about it? Well I’m starting on the newbie plan and I’ll be working that until I feel like it merits moving on to something else, I’m going to mostly follow the path laid out by the user thoughtfulgold in his numerous posts and breakdowns. I may amend my goals later when and if I reach my current goals but I’m keeping myself grounded and realistic.
My main issue is that because of the extra weight on my thighs and midsection I’m losing about an inch of visible dick, which I don’t wanna be missing.
My goal for my penis measurements is to get to about 7 inches BPEL, maybe 7.5 but I honestly wouldn’t complain if I never stopped growing past 7. Girth wise I’d like to be at about a 6 to 6.5.

I’m also going to have or bi-weekly check ins where I mark how consistently I am managing to do my exercises and well as general notes on how things are going and what I am experiencing.
