Good work man. If you are starting with an already strong erection then it is definitely not eq gains. I think that term is thrown around way too much. It should only apply to those starting with weak erections.

Kinda exciting

During my bathmate sessions, I’m usually at or just under the 7” mark on the pump, tonight I was a tiny bit over that 7” mark.

I’m feeling better and better about PE every day. I have to be honest, at first I was in complete disbelief, I thought this all had to be some kind of big elaborate hoax, but I find my skepticism dying slowly as I start to feel the results myself.

I’m sure that skepticism will die completely as I start seeing more undeniable progress.

Had a blister-like sore after my session last night. It didn’t hurt, but it was a strange looking swelling, kind of like how normal fluid retention looked after pumping but only in maybe a quarter-sized circular area. Almost like a mosquito bite or something. It was completely gone in the morning and I’m feeling fine.

Anyone have any idea what that was?

Update with some interesting ideas:

Still going steady with that routine, haven’t noticed anything new or exciting yet. Weather is getting colder here so one walk outside and my dick shrivels astoundingly. Very discouraging not being able to see my flaccid results of PE now.

The more I read, the more I’m starting to feel that my routine is a bit all over the place. It just seems like I’m trying to do everything at once. I’ve connected a couple theories and have been thinking about doing focused exercises instead of length and girth together. So after this month is done I might switch up my routine.

The “length before girth” theory claims that length gains are harder to achieve for people the thicker your girth. Not exactly sure how much of this is true, but it seems to make sense: More cells to stretch means more strain and more time required for new cells to develop. It also checks out for me since I have relatively small girth and have seen immediate length gains. Some even claim that girth work can negate length work and vice versa, which is why many do focused exercise. Thoughtfulgold’s “scheduled trauma” theory suggests that after a certain while your penis builds a tolerance to certain exercises, and it’s better to switch it up instead of continuing to push with the same routine. This is inspiring me to begin just focusing on length until I’ve hit a short term goal, maybe a bit over 7”, and then alternate between focused length and girth months from there.

So future changes to my routine may include doing stretching only or stretching and jelqing for one month, or until I stop seeing length gains, then switching and doing clamping/bathmate or jelqing/bathmate following, and alternating from there.

Some other thoughts: jelqing doesn’t seem to be doing much for me. Even while trying to maximize expansion at around 80% erection, it just still doesn’t feel like I’m getting anywhere near close to the expansion I get from using a cockring or even with the very few ULIs and squeezes I’ve tried. What exactly is it about jelqing that makes it uniquely useful? From gut feeling, I want to cut it.

Let me know what you guys think of these ideas.

Do you kegel before your jelqs? I have found that helps me :)

Not especially, I throw kegels in while stretching which I do right before jelqing. Maybe I’ll give that a try, as I’m still going to stick with the routine I have until the end of this month just to see whats working. Thanks!

bathmate length? no noticeable girth

So I’ve been noticing each week I seem to be getting longer and longer in the bathmate. only a few weeks ago I started reaching past the 7” mark on the pump (which is the last number on the pump) and now after my rest period this weekend, i’m as far as 7.25”+. I might be a really easy length gainer, which sucks because i need girth the most… i already bottom out my gf most of the time.

I really don’t feel any changes in erect girth. MAYBE some in flaccid girth though. Any advice or additions to start really busting out some?

Still got two more weeks before my next measure so i’m hoping for a bit of thickness at least. Thanks all

Length skyrocketing

Nearly hit the end of the entire ruler sticker on the bathmate last night. The measurements stop at 7” but the sticker goes on to what looks like 7.5”. I honestly just can’t even believe my eyes. This week my length has crawled up that pump after every session.

Now and then I use my index finger and thumb in the shape of an L to use as reference to see if I’m gaining, and I definitely am. It’s kinda crazy. I don’t feel any girth increases yet but I’m not gonna complain anymore if I keep seeing this kind of length gain. They say length before girth anyway, right?

Woke up with a crazy boner, too. Taking the weekend off, hopefully getting back in the pump yields the same result.

Can’t wait to measure.

Already too long...

Had sex with the gf this weekend, while going all in during doggy she pulled away, completely stopped and just said “no”. The sex after that moment just seemed uncomfortable for her. I must have bottomed out, probably wasn’t her cervix as her cervix is actually very close to the entrance (maybe 2-3 inches inside of her). She isn’t a very tiny girl, wide hips and curves, I guess this goes to show that vagina size is just as varied and unpredictable as dick size. She has a shallow vagina comparing what I’ve experienced, and from what she has shared she’s had a few bad and painful experiences with larger guys. From feel alone I think she can take more girth, but I’m already probably too long.

I love doggy so I’m not trying to make this painful for her. I might actually consider stopping length when I hit just over 7” BPEL. I can tell I’m getting close already, and I don’t think I want any more for her sake.

So I might start girth-focused work sooner than I expected, and I may end up changing my goal size…

Bigger isn’t always better, who knew!

Measured after 3 full days off, took an extra off because I was busy for the holidays.

BPEL: 6.9” (+.4)
EG: 4.6” (+0)

almost half an inch of length in 2 months, very happy about that!!!

However I have still gained nothing in girth….
Is it normal to not have any girth improvement at first? Let me know if you have suggestions or advice for girth. For now I’m going to stick with the usual routine until I reach over 7” length on the ruler and then switch to a strictly girth routine.

Great work man! I haven’t gained any girth either. So I plan on reaching my length goal then going for girth. In the past about 5 years ago I gained .125 doing a horse squeeze oriented routine and more at the base. I’m going to do that when I get ready to focus on girth.

I’ll definitely be incorporating some ULIs, clamped squeezing and 440s when I go for girth. Are you trying to hit 6” MEG? How long did it take you to get that .125 with squeezes?

Also, I just realized that my living situation for the next month or so will make it very difficult to do my manual routine, specifically jelqing just because of the prep and lube required. So starting today I’m actually going to be shaming the ancient PE gods by cutting jelqing this month in favor of basic clamping to condition myself for more girth work the following month. If I reach 7” length by the end of December I will be doing girth-focus in January.

Hey pizza. We have almost the exact same length but I only get to about 6” on the bathmate and am below that for most of my session. Noticed it’s just a sticker so I’m guessing they might not take care when placing it on. Also you’re probably pumping to a higher pressure. I stop when the inner baffle is even with outer sleeve.
