True, true. I like to keep my room cold and I think having the ring just to prevent turtling after a session could be a huge benefit. I’ll take another look at the one you suggested and let you know how it works out! Thanks again man.

Update - surgery

Just a quick update on my health.

Had surgery on my hand last week, everything went well, im back together now, albeit in a cast…

I was in alot of pain the whole week so I think I’ve taken about 6 days off from PE in total now, which is the longest i’ve ever rested since I started. I will hopefully break that streak tonight and get a good session in.

I think giving my dick adequate time to heal/decondition resulted in some gains from feel. Pretty excited to get a solid 2 more weeks of PE in before my next measurement!

PE on the backburner

So between my arm and being swamped with work, PE has been tough. I think i’ve still been able to do some a few times this week but it just isn’t on the same level as my usual routine. For this reason I might hold off measuring again for another month, maybe 2, we’ll see.

I’m noticing more than ever that my flaccid hang is much longer. I suppose that’s a positive PI, but I don’t really care much about it in general. Id prefer a tiny flacid penis that doesn’t get in the way and then suddenly transforms into a hulking meatrod when it’s sexy time…. I can dream.

Also for the first time im noticing what is definitely PE-induced discoloration. Just some small darker areas that look like fading black and blue marks. Doesn’t appear to be going away with rest so maybe it’s here to stay. I don’t really mind this so whatever, but it is a bit odd.

I’m still trying to keep 2-3 sessions per week instead of usual 5. Who knows maybe the less-is-more thing will actually work for me.

Yep, definitely hit the backburner quick, as you can probably tell by this ultra-late response.

I’ve pumped and used a cockring here and there, maybe twice a week, but it’s safe to say that my routine has fallen apart as of now. I’m starting physical therapy in a week, so hopefully i’ll pick it back up once I start regaining my strength and range of motion in my hand.

My last long break was never. I haven’t taken a hiatus since I began. I suppose this would be the time to do it since I more or less have to.

On the bright side, I definitely haven’t lost any gains, if anything they are still coming. Maybe I’m still healing from the past PE, hence the lingering discoloration? So hopefully taking 2 more weeks on top of the current 3-4 weeks of doing barely any PE will land me teetering on the somewhere between being completely healed and being decontitioned back into newbie territory.

I think I’ll have a measure by the end of this month just to see where my stats are after taking a decon.

measured

Just did a quick measurement to keep track of my size during my decon. I’ve used the bathmate once in maybe two weeks time and that’s the only PE I’ve done.

Got really hard and measured 7.1” long and 4.8” around, which is an amazing improvement in both fronts. I was unusually hard so I don’t know if this measurement will stick as normal but hey I’m going to take it.

I forget exactly how the topic came up, but it resulted in her basically saying that if my dick got any bigger she wouldn’t want to have sex with me.

Do I believe that? No. But I do know that she’s been getting more and more sore after sex as i’ve progressed. So there might be some truth in it.

Overall it’s put me in a weird place, but i’m not stopping PE. My mentality is that, if i didn’t keep track of measurements, it’d be very hard to notice changes in my size because they are so gradual, So she’ll probably find herself adjusting to any gradual changes so slowly that she’ll never actually notice that my dick is bigger than say it was 2 years ago or something.

Just hoping that i’m not doing more harm than good for my sex life.

Embrace your gains. Then just be real.

Do not fool yourself into some fallacy of “she can’t mean that” and be honest. If you want to continue doing PE then do it. If her saying that is music to your ears and positive reinforcement despite being a negative response, that is fine.

Justifying more PE with “she won’t notice” is like admitting to wrongdoing and sneaking and doing it anyway. Just be real with yourself.

Decide if PE for you is what you still want. Remember, even though you are with her she’s not the ultimate authority on your body. It isn’t about how gradual the change is for her…but how much you want it. That’s what brought you here to begin with.

I have plenty of time to think on it while i’m taking this break.

If I had to decide now I would stick to it. I know from pumping that I like the feel of a bigger tool in my own hands. Maybe it’s a psychological confidence thing that turns me on more, knowing that it’s causing more sensation, whether it’s more to feel in my hands or more feeling for my girl. I would just hate having that feeling turn from pleasure to pain.

I told myself at the start of this that i’d be sticking with it for an entire year, so I think that’s going to be a certainty. If I make more gains and get noticeable negative feedback after that point, maybe i’ll stop.

But you’re right. It’s my dick, I should consider my goals about it first, especially because i’m kinda young to be deciding things that could effect my body forever based off of one comment from my current girlfriend.

It’s a different beast if you’re married. If this is the woman you are spending your life with. At a young age you can’t take someone’s opinion to heart. You’re still exploring what you want. This is bound to change as you age.

Do PE. Or not. But do not make it about her. It is about you. Always has been and always will be. PE is a personal choice.

Wrist injury recovering nicely, out of my brace, time to get back in the groove.

I think I’ll start with a week or two of stretching, dry jelqs and cock ring ULIs before getting back into pumping + clamping.

I’ll throw up some post-decon measurements soon with a finalized routine.

After a month of inconsistent PE and a month of no PE at all:

7.1” BPEL
4.8” MEG

Very glad to see that I haven’t lost any gains.

re-starting routine will be:

Warmup a few minutes
Basic stretches all directions 5min
Bundled (twist) stretches, both directions, 30 second holds
dry superjelqs, 20x2 alternating starting hands
cockring or clamp edging 10min
another set of bundled stretches

I’ll be doing this 5/2 or 6/1 because it’s very light compared to what I was doing.
Once I re-condition I’ll be getting myself back into girthmode and following this routine probably 3 on 4 off:

Warmup
Bundled stretches, 30 seconds each direction
dry superjelqs 10x2
pump at 5hg 15min
dry superjelqs 10x2 to circulate
pump 5hg 15min
cockring/clamp edging for 10min
behind-the-balls cockring allday/overnight to heal in expanded state

Update, sad truth

Whatsup guys,

I just wanted to check in. Unfortunately I’ve had to face the reality of my current situation which is that I literally have no time to PE. I just started a career and the crunch hours are destroying me. Amid the stress and extra hours working, PE doesn’t even cross my mind most days. Aside from the occasional pump in the shower or a night when I have more privacy, there’s no chance of me settling into a routine anymore. I sincerely hope that I’m able to continue soon because I’m not done with it. I had success gaining and I don’t want to lose my momentum or my current gains, but alas.

I know that if I really wanted to make the time I could, whether that’s giving myself an extra hour in the morning or night… but I was doing PE because it was enjoyable. I liked spending a few nights a week relaxing and being horny, it was kinda nice. If I have to dig for extra time in my schedule to do it, I know I’m just going to grow to hate it, and that’s not what I want.

Hope to be back soon guys, maybe when things start slowing down at work and when winter rolls around things will be different.

Pizzza Returns?

Hey TP!

After disappearing for almost 3 years, I’ve finally found myself with some regular extra time, and I’m prepping to get back into my PE routine. With winter rolling around, sitting in front of the space heater and doing some workouts does not sound bad at all.

I haven’t measured in forever so I can almost guarantee I lost all my gains, but we’ll see! Will report back soon.

Going to start with some light stretching and squeezing just to dip my toes in again.
