Hey Thunderers,

Just going to record my experiences and progress here as the time goes.

Just some background: 22y/o, PE’d for maybe a few weeks a long time ago and don’t remember if I saw any gains, I was too young and still growing naturally anyway so I didn’t want to fuck with that. I decided to commit a few weeks ago and started up with a basic stretching and jelqing routing derived from JP90, but I was only able to go about a week before I fell and broke my wrist.. Which actually brings me to where I am now.

Because I wouldn’t be able to jelq due to an unusable hand for a couple months, I just tried going online and looking for anything else I could do in the meantime. I ran into some pumping threads and started to get curious, because hey I could do that with one hand. Eventually I caved and bought a bathmate, which is where I’m going to begin my records.

Starting stats as of today:

BPEL: 6.5
MEG: 4.66

Long-term Goals:

BPEL: 7.5
MEG: 5.5

I’m fine with my size and won’t be disappointed with little results, but at the least I think the EQ improvement sounds awesome.

3 days with bathmate x30:

So I’ve used the bathmate a few times now and wanted to share my experiences.

The first time I tried using it I was confused as fuck. I just couldn’t seem to get the suction right and it didn’t feel like I was getting enough pressure. The second time I got some pressure, kept it on for maybe 10 minutes, and saw no pump gains at all. Very discouraging.

I messed around with it out of the shower without water for awhile and discovered that the “comfort ring” they include is absolute trash. If you’re new to bathmate, throw it away immediately. Even without water, by removing the comfort ring I was able to get decent pressure with air alone.

The third time is the charm I guess, took off the comfort ring, I got maybe 80% erect, put it in and pumped as much as I could and let it sit for 10 minutes. It was a little uncomfortable at first but by the end you don’t feel it. After 10 minutes I saw a very noticeable size difference. No measurements but I’d say at least .5” in girth and maybe a tiny bit of length. Jacking off after was weird, I wasn’t used to the feeling of a bigger dick in my hands so I had a tough time staying hard. Honestly I’m finally starting to feel good about buying this overpriced piece of plastic now. I feel like using this daily actually will result in permanent gains, and I can’t wait until my hand is completely healed to start the jelqing routine back up again. It’s been maybe an hour now and the pump gains are pretty much gone, but I read they last longer and longer the more you use it. We’ll see.

Pumping is an advanced excerise and you can put yourself at risk for injuries. I made the mistake of jumping right into the Bathmate since I didn’t know anything about PE or Thunder’s. I believe I missed out on gains that people usually experience from the newbie routine. If you can’t do the excercises since you broke your wrist I’d wait till you’re fully healed.

Beginning Routine

Update:

The last couple weeks I’ve only been doing some light stretching and jelqing now and then since my wrist was still healing and I didn’t want to push it. My wrist has since been feeling much better and I can definitely start jelqing again, so last night I officially started my routine:

(Basically basic routine + bathmate)
Heat pad (Sunbeam 756-500) 5 minutes
Basic stretching 10 minutes
100 wet jelqs 50-75% erect
BTC stretch 5 minutes
Heat pad while prepping for shower
Bathmate up to 15 minutes full pressure 80-90% erection

I’ll be going 5 days a week placing rest days as needed.

This whole process (including shower) takes a little under an hour, definitely a manageable routine to do 5 times a week.

It’s not advised to be jumping right into erect bathmate use, but I caved in anticipation and tried it after my routine last night, and damn did it work.. Felt awesome and my dick was huge and noticeably heavier (probably due to water retention). Really gives me something to look forward to with getting permanent gains.

I’m going to be keeping this up and then measuring at the end of each month so stay tuned!

Quick update:

Finally seeing some good PIs after yesterday’s routine. Usually I only see red dots on my shaft after a Bathmate session, but this time I saw them during jelqing. I don’t think it’s the result of going too hard as I’m never experiencing any pain, I think it’s actually a sign that I’m properly breaking down the tissue.

Whole 24 hours after pumping and my dick is still somewhat fatter, so I’m hoping that’s my first signs of gains! Girth is definitely my primary goal, so I’m really only looking out for that, I don’t know if any length changed yet. Very much looking forward to taking a couple days of rest, getting another great week in, and finally taking my first post-PE measurement at the end of the month.

hey Pizzza,

Those red dots are called petechiae, they’re burst capillary blood vessels. So you’re breaking the blood supply to your cells. I wouldn’t recommend it since that means that in addition to repairing your blood vessels and the intended damage to your tunica and such, your body needs to handle the cell death which comes from not receiving blood because you broke the capillaries! This may be the cause for your larger flaccid, since cleanup of dead cells includes dilation of the blood vessels which results in fluid build up. In terms of PE this should result in significant hardening of the things you’re trying to stretch and make grow aka the steel penis.

I’d recommend to avoid aiming for petechiae.

Don’t forget that it is the primary thing that gives you gains,be sure to don’t stress your penis too much for the first few months.

Anyway,flaccid gains are a good thing,if the EQ is ok,just keep this routine. :)

Honestly, I’ve seen this kind of routine before. You’re going to run into poor PIs and zero gains in about 4 more weeks at the rate you’re going. I truly recommend scaling down before you end up having to take a deconditioning break or get an injury.

Full pressure bathmate is NOT for someone just starting PE. I can guarantee that, regardless of starting size or stamina.

Then: 6.25" x 4.37" in 8/2009 Are you new to PE? Here's some advice I wish someone had given me when I first started.

My Extender and forward to 10" and balls enhancement project. There is no "Holy Grail" of Penis Enlargement. Only time and effort works. I'm *10* years in and counting. All you have to do is put the work in and keep the faith.

It doesn’t feel like I’m pumping that hard, and I’ve read on other threads that full pressure bathmate equates somewhere around 5HG of pressure for an air pump, which is what is recommended. I’m definitely not trying to beat it up, I don’t jelq or stretch hard as I know the general philosophy for gains here is “less is more”.
EQ is still awesome, not an improvement to what is normal for me, but definitely still feels great. And yes, I am Italian ;P

I’ll definitely ease up this next month to be safe, but I’m maybe oddly comfortable with the level of this routine. I’m never in pain, and I’m only a bit sore/discolored for maybe 10 minutes after a session. Aside from the third time I used it (which was with an erection at full pressure, just to see if the thing even worked as I was getting a little frustrated), I had used the bathmate flacid at medium pressure just to get used to it/condition to prepare for real sessions. Definitely still short of a month’s prep, but I felt comfy. Red dots only appear for maybe a couple hours after a session and I’m able to get hard immediately after. I know its too early to tell if there is actually more harm than good being done here and I trust and will heed your advice and experience, but so far this is feeling right.

Interesting, it definitely does make sense to avoid them to focus your healing on the CC and not being limited by your capillaries. Others say that starting out this is very normal, especially for bathmate users. For me, the petechiae only last 30 minutes- a couple hours before fading completely. I assume that even though not visible they are still damaged at that point.

Does the frequency of petechiae decrease as your dick becomes properly conditioned? Should a session stop immediately if I see them?

Also would like to mention that I’m taking 2-3 days off to rest with this routine, then doing 4-5 on.

Oddly comfortable probably won’t result in a good gain pattern. Your penis is literally fighting the pump to remain intact. So if you do continue it the way you are, you may not get hurt but you’ll create a penis so tough it won’t gain without a huge decon period.

You could be an exception to the rule. But…I really want to advise against that bet.

Starting size: 6.7 x 4.4

Current size: 7.25 x 4.6

First goal: 7.5 x 5.0 Mid term Goal: 8 x 5.25 Long term goal: 8.5 x 5.5+

So it’s the end of my first month of PE, which means first measurements!

Following the advice of TG and 8x6Dream, I have effectively HALVED my routine for the last couple of weeks, and will continue to only gradually increase intensity as needed in the future. For the next couple of months I think this will suit me just fine.

So my measurements after 1 month on this routine and after resting for 72 hours:

BPEL: 6.75” = +0.25”
MEG: 4.6” = 0.00

Gained a quarter inch in length in a month and, although it doesn’t reflect in girth measurements, my dick feels overall fuller and heavier - especially in flaccid state - than it did before.
Because I know this question is coming, I do not believe the length gain was from EQ improvement, I have always gotten 9-10EQ regularly and really haven’t noticed much of a difference in hardness.
Hopefully the next coming months will unlock some measured girth gains, but I am still of course satisfied with length. Apparently the theory is length should be gained before girth anyway.

Thanks all for the advice, stick around for updates.

And if anyone has some advice for girth gaining in the future or some suggestions to add to my routine now that would be awesome!
