So it’s the end of my first month of PE, which means first measurements!
Following the advice of TG and 8x6Dream, I have effectively HALVED my routine for the last couple of weeks, and will continue to only gradually increase intensity as needed in the future. For the next couple of months I think this will suit me just fine.
So my measurements after 1 month on this routine and after resting for 72 hours:
BPEL: 6.75” = +0.25”
MEG: 4.6” = 0.00
Gained a quarter inch in length in a month and, although it doesn’t reflect in girth measurements, my dick feels overall fuller and heavier - especially in flaccid state - than it did before.
Because I know this question is coming, I do not believe the length gain was from EQ improvement, I have always gotten 9-10EQ regularly and really haven’t noticed much of a difference in hardness.
Hopefully the next coming months will unlock some measured girth gains, but I am still of course satisfied with length. Apparently the theory is length should be gained before girth anyway.
