Hey I’m new here, I’m 24 years old and I’ve just started seriously doing PE. I’ve have done some PE before but very irregularly, I’ve been regularly doing PE for a couple months now and can at least notice I’m getting a little more girth. I currently do manual stretches, various forms of jelqing, some hanging, and pumping, and soon I will be starting clamping. Currently I’ve noticed the most gains from jelqing but I recently started adding more to my routine so I’m sure they will all contribute to my gains in different ways. I did not measure my penis before I started I wish I had, but as of 7/23 my NBPEL was about 5" my BPEL was 6" and meg was about 5". As of 9/16/23 my NBPEL is 5" 2/8 and my BPEL is 6" 5/8 and my meg is 5" 3/16. I think I will do updates once a month and I would like to set some goals for myself. I think my dream cock would be BPEL 8"+ and meg 6"+ also my cock curves down and I would like to see if I can get it to curve up. Also I want to grow the girth of my head so if anyone knows exercises specifically for the head that would be awesome, do my goals sound realistic? Ill post updates in about a month.
