Hey I’m new here, I’m 24 years old and I’ve just started seriously doing PE. I’ve have done some PE before but very irregularly, I’ve been regularly doing PE for a couple months now and can at least notice I’m getting a little more girth. I currently do manual stretches, various forms of jelqing, some hanging, and pumping, and soon I will be starting clamping. Currently I’ve noticed the most gains from jelqing but I recently started adding more to my routine so I’m sure they will all contribute to my gains in different ways. I did not measure my penis before I started I wish I had, but as of 7/23 my NBPEL was about 5" my BPEL was 6" and meg was about 5". As of 9/16/23 my NBPEL is 5" 2/8 and my BPEL is 6" 5/8 and my meg is 5" 3/16. I think I will do updates once a month and I would like to set some goals for myself. I think my dream cock would be BPEL 8"+ and meg 6"+ also my cock curves down and I would like to see if I can get it to curve up. Also I want to grow the girth of my head so if anyone knows exercises specifically for the head that would be awesome, do my goals sound realistic? Ill post updates in about a month.

Do yourself a favor and put your stats in your profile. You can update them here on the regular and I can tell you from experience that having a record online is a great idea. You might come and go from a PE regimen and the forum, but when you get back to it the record is always here for you to refer to, which is really valuable.

Whats up man. Glad you’re tracking your sets now. I’m doing the same as you. Pumping, jelquing, and stretching with clamping as well.

Since tracking my progress, I’ve seen some amazing results. Especially after clamping. Check out my progress and let me know if you have any questions. I too have a downward curve and want it to go up more. I’ve noticed that whet I sit and have an erection, the angle is higher now. However when I’m standing, it still points down pretty steep.

Clamping feels absolutely awesome, who else loves clamping?

I haven’t been able to do PE that much lately but I had a pretty good hanging and clamping session today. I also had a great session yesterday, about ready to take some new measurements.

Exact same starting stats as you. Unfortunately for me I’ve not made any gains despite being consistent for months now :(

I love clamping. I just can’t overdo it because it kills my EQ and PI’s.

I haven’t noticed any negative PI or EQ but I will have to keep a close eye on them both.

I try not to over do anything, I usually only do manual stretches for like 5-10 minutes, hang for like 2x10 minutes, then do various types of jelqing for like 20 minutes dry and wet, then I clamp for 1 or 2 sets of 10 minutes and end it with pumping for like 15 minutes and that’s a workout. I don’t hang all day or pump for hours I just try to do a few things for a little bit without being too hard or aggressive, like lately I’ve been using less force for jelqing and other exercises because I wanna see if I can get better results with less force because in my mind if I use less force it will recover easier and faster and hopefully have more long term results. I also use heat between every exercise which I feel has been helping.

Just got a vac hanger from total man and am loving it, only used it a few times but I think it will be very useful in my arsenal.
