Initial Progress

I have progressed! I have finally decided to take PE seriously and this site has helped me with that decision. This is real progress for me. I have perused this site and others for quite awhile and have lazily done some jelqing and stretching over the past decade or so. Of course no gains have been made and quite honestly it was more or less prolonged masturbation. Enough is enough.

Today I did the Newbie Routine and it felt great, both physically and mentally. I am starting with a very average penis. BPEL 6.5”; MSEG 4.875. But the thing I am most self conscious of is my flaccid appearance; my locker room cock. I want to be a shower and unfortunately that is not currently the case. If I can stick to PE and see some flaccid gains I will be elated. I need your help to stay motivated.

In addition to PE, I will be making a few life style changes as well. I started going to the gym regularly to reduce the fat pad. I am drinking at least 80 ounces of water a day (this is up from about 8 ounces per day). I am cutting out caffeine and most other beverages. And I am taking l-arginine (1500mg 2xDay). All of these things have come right from you guys and I very much appreciate it. Thank you!

Noob, PE Pumper here. I have been pumping with an X4Labs vacuum pump now for about 6 weeks. I started pumping because over the last few years It seems like my penis had shrunk quite a bit. I used to be 7”x5” when I was younger in my 20-30’s not so much in my 50’s Here is my progress so far.

Starting BPEL: 5.75”
Starting MEG: 4.5”
Starting BP-FL: 4”
Starting MFG : 2.75”

Current: BPEL: 6.5”
Current: MEG: 5.5”
Current: BP-FL: 5.0”
Current: MFG: 3.25”

My wife is astounded and very pleased. Every once in a while I over pump on purpose to get some extra girth due to edema. I am careful not to break any blood vessels managed to get it close to 6.25 around!! My wife is holy crap! I hope you were not counting on Backdoor!

Here is a little more information:

My routine is this:

Every day.
Jelq 100 times a day is broken up into 2 sets of 50, 25 left, 25 right. Morning / Night
Twist Stretches, 100 broken up into 2 sets of 50, 25 left, 25 right. Morning / Night

Every other day.
Pump to 2.5 hg 5 mins.
3 Min Rest and 20 jelqs right and left.
Pump to 5 hg 5 mins.
3 Min rest and 20 jelqs right and left 20 twists right and left.
Pump 10 Min 5hg.
3 Min rest and 20 jelqs right and left 20 twists right and left.
Pump 5-6 hg 20 mins. (This results in minor edema less than 1 out of three times, but the wife likes it when it happens)
20 jelqs right and left, no twists.

My wife is astounded and very pleased, we have had 4 kids and she says I have been like a hotdog in a hallway for the last couple of years. Sex is better than ever now! Every once in a while I over pump on purpose to get some extra girth due to edema. She even bought me a shirt that says “e aho laula” (Hawaiian for “wider is better”) on the front and “Your Welcome!” on the back! (We are not Hawaiian but have some friends that are) The girls giggle when they see it and always are trying to catch a glimpse. What and ego stroke!!

Hey I’m pretty new to PE tried it 4 or 5 years ago no luck do to all the bad info on the internet, then I came across this wonderful site about six weeks ago and thought I’d give it a try again.

Love this sit it has so much info on PE it really gives me hope in my quest for a couple more inches.

So I measured yesterday and today just to be sure the measurements were correct (after a two day break ) and I went from 6.25 BPEL to 6.5 BPEL, 1/4 inch in six weeks 😁.

Just hope my measuring was good before I started PE I’m pretty sure it was I did it four times to be sure.

Please can someone help me with a video of horse 440

It does help to chart progress on here. Alot of helpful members on here and also you can compare your routines with others and modify it a bit. I am currently on a one day on day off routine of 200 jelqs at 6 seconds Max and man I enjoy it. It’s only week 2 but my mind is so trained to do some form of PE while I shower. I actually enjoy it. It’s early on but even if I don’t gain I can see the massive improvement in penile health. I will update here also next Friday. I sit at 6.25x5 and I never had a problem sexually it’s just for my ego honestly. I only want half an inch In both girth and length but this for me is a lifetime thing
