Some call them light pulls or piss pulls.

You hold your flaccid dick behind the head and with speed your stretch it lightly and hold it 1-2 seconds in that stretch only to release for 1 sec or so and lightly stretch it again holding it stretched 1-2 seconds.

Good nice number I used to aim for was 30 of those every time I pissed and even more often than that, whenever having privacy.

Best to google some of those three names for this exercise for more info.

In my PE experience it eliminated turtling totally.

Even after 8-9 months of regular PE gaining length became too easy with this.

So much so that I had to consciously stop this habit of piss pulls fearing that it would become too long after it surpassed 8 inch BPEL

When I was in this habit there was no week in which I did not add at least 1 mm sometimes 2 in both flaccid stretched and BPEL

I was doing piss pulls even on days when I would not do PE session

I feel the same way. All the sites I review online say that none of the methods work and you shouldn’t attempt any PE routines. I know it might not work for everyone, but I have seen my gains and have read of so many other success stories. Clearly, PE works - there are just not any really good study results. The average man doesn’t have 12 hours a day+ to focus on PE so that’s likely the ones that result in all the naysayers. It clearly works wonders - be happy with what you’ve got but don’t be afraid to try for a little more!

What’s hilarious is that when you try to tell others about PE, they’ll often assume that you’re delusional. Sure, I pull on and squeeze my dick for sometimes over an hour a day because I am seeing no results. -_-

The reason the so called professionals say it doesn’t work is because they have not taken months or years to really test the methods. When they don’t see dramatic results in two weeks, they give up and conclude it doesn’t work. Even if they did conclude that they work, there would be no way to effectively monetize something like this, especially when there are definitely people who would pay for the info and then spread it freely.

That and:
1) They are not getting paid to say PE works.
2) Their masters are not ordering them to either.

I disagree about there not being money in PE. Despite fitness info being freely available, people pay for fitness & motivational trainers all the time. Granted it’s not going to be as large of a market as fitness, but a urologist, sex therapist, or what have you could add it to their repertoire for extra income. They could educate disbelievers, advise, tailor routines, etc. They could even sell products.

Start: 6.3" BPEL x 5" MEG. Now: 7.25" BPEL x 5.375 MEG. Goal: 7.5x5.5

I started at either 6” or 6.3”. I didn’t keep good records back then and have both of those measurements. I think 6.3” may have been BPEL. That or 6” was my pre-foreskin restoration work, which places some tugging stress on the shaft that has PE potential. I started at 5” MEG because I had to measure that early in FR for T-taping.

I go with a start of 6.3”x5”.

I had newbie gains in 2014 mostly with Phallosan but could not duplicate it. I took a break because it looked like most of my gains were in lengthening my glans. I wish I had not stopped, because I had momentum with a working formula that I haven’t reproduced since. I had a lot of false restarts until some time in 2021. I had injuries from then until 2023 that kept setting me back and I had little gains to show for it.

Now, I’m working on restraining my enthusiasm and building habits. While still early days, I think I’m on to something that is working for me with lower intensity and more duration. I have been developing a five day per week light to moderate intensity regimen of various techniques that I can do while seated for work with minimal interruption to work (makes my work day about an hour longer in total).

I have been 7.1875”x5.375” lately (peaking at 7.25”x5.4375” post routine).

You’re measuring to ten-thousandths of an inch?

Question

Hello everyone, in this topic you can ask tell your story and ask questions? I have been practicing since 2019 and have achieved some results, but I have problems. I’m sorry if I have spelling problems. I don’t write English well.

If you are referring to my measurements, they are the decimal conversions of fractions because they are easier to type. My measurements are accurate to the sixteenth (0.0625") which is less precise than mm. It’s not too hard to do a mental conversion back to fraction if you are accustomed to the decimal equivalents. I would use the even easier to type mm (and do so for testes), however, I started in inches and the psychological component of my PE goal is in inches.

Just Saying Hi

I just started my adventure in PE. And honestly, I’m not ashamed of where I am and my wife has never complained. But I have selfish reasons. She is good at oral. She goes all in balls deep oral. It feels very good and so I want to feel more. So I am hoping to get to 7” or more and her not even realizing it. Since this adventure will be slow, as I’m training mine to grow, she will unknowingly be training her throat. Well, that’s my story if anyone cares. With all that said, reading so many of y’all’s progress has gave me hope. I have a pro extender and have a vac mod coming for it that I hope makes it more comfortable than the bands. I’m committed!

5 3/4” long 4 1/2” round

Hi

First off would like to congratulate you on your gains! I am a college kid looking to start PE. I have some experience with hanging and water pumping for 2-3months straight while using an all day stretcher 4x a week for hours. I took a break for a year and now I am back (saw minimal gains). Looking for a new routine to start with and gradually increase the routine. Here is the catch, I am a freshman in college living in the dorms so the exercises can not be completed in my room and will be completed in the bathroom. When you get the chance, would you be able to help me out and provide a newbie routine that involves water pumping to gain girth and length? Your time is valuable and I appreciate the time you have given up to help others on this website. Thank you!

can a moderator move my progres journal to the public forum? I don’t mind having it there.
