On average, how long does it take before seeing results?

Hey guys.. So when I started looking into this I had a cross between an incredible surge of hope and skepticism.. Its been about 5 weeks in and let me tell ya if anyone here is doubting that this is fake or anything along those lines its not I promise.. Like I said I’ve been at it for about 5 weeks and I have clear results.. My starting measurement may not have been spot on but roughly NBPEL 5.8” MSEG 4.3 and am now NPBEL 6.1” MSEG 4.375 and my flaccid has definitely improved some EQ varies for me I think mainly due to recently going through very bad break up and lack of exercise but PE has definitely helped improve it.. My routine is

5-10 min hot wrap
20min stretching
30min jelqing
5-10min hot wrap

The exercise time varies for me I focus more on the quality of the movements and stop when I feel “worked”.. I am constantly reading and learning and soon will incorpate more things into my routine such as pumping extender other exercises.. My main issue is forcing myself to take rest days and keeping intensity low because of how excitted I am.. I try to measure modestly but even if my measurements are off and not completely correct I have 100% made length gains although small I can visually tell the difference.. As I said I am so happy just to know this is possible! And I’m in it for the long haul but I am eager and want the best results as fast as possible.. Need to stay level headed and go off of what works.. My short term goal which I hope to hit within a 1 year period is NBPEL 7” and MSEG 4.8”-5” which I believe is possible if I stay dedicated work hard and keep learning. Trial and error..

I started doing water pump in shower for 10 mins and try to use extender for 2 hrs a day. Also manual stretching for 10 mins at night. 6 days a week

Is that too much or not enough?

Hello everyone. Been lurking here for about 4 months, found this right as I started PE exercises because of being upsold a pump by a cute cashier at the sex shop. Anyways, glad I started. Started in late October.

I have been jelqing once a week, as shown in the videos, about 10 minute sessions. Missed quite a few weeks also. Been pumping 1-3 times a week without missing any weeks completely. The pump is cheap as hell with no gauge and I have eventually gotten to the point of maxing pressure on it. I just play it by feel and cycle pressure up until it feels tight and then back down till it barely feels pumped. I do this and upcycle pressure until I max it out. For this pump, maxing it out entails simply pumping so much that the little air bulb cannot suck air back in and stays deflated. Basically it can’t pump anymore. I got ring first time I pumped for doing it for like 30 mins but since then I do one 10 minute session or two 7 minute sessions. Each time I slowly work up to pressure by going to tight feeling then backing off etc. I do stretches about once a week and got one of the stretchers that makes it looks like my dick is Forest Gumps legs. Its metal bars and springs and shit. I do that 2 times a week for the last 2 weeks while I watch tv.

Here are my results.

Oct. 2018, start of PE
6.1 BPEL
5 BPEG

Measured last week before sex with gf and I am at:
7 BPEL
5.5 BPEG

Seems like my noobie gains are going well. Might get a clamp today to try it out. Thanks for all yalls posts.

It is one thing to talk about gaining penis size, but you may wonder how long will the gains last?

My experience of over a decade is that it does last.

I joined TP over 10 years ago. I made really good progress in the first few months by diligently following the beginners routine. As time went on I tried variations on the routine but gains became harder to achieve. I didn’t get any significant gains after the first 6 months so eventually I stopped doing PE, but the gains have held.

I am very happy with the results. I gained about 1.25 inches in length and .5 inches in girth. I still have a bigger penis than I did a decade ago, and more importantly, it functions just as well as it did back then.

I can truly say that PE has made a significant impact on my life, giving me more confidence in the bedroom and a better sex life overall.

Hey fellow thunder members! I’ve been a creeper for a couple months.. Figured I’d give this a shot. Looking through the threads I see myself as a bit above average at 5.75” NBPEL and 5.5” MEG (13.99cu in). I’m setting my goal as 6.5” NBPEL and 6.25” MEG (20.42cu in). Really want to focus on girth though, but going to do as recommended and start with the newbie routine. I’ve been doing it about a week now with lots of heat wrapping, stretching, and Jelqing and have already seen EQ gains and a lot stronger erections.

Probably my biggest motivation was this weekend after sex with my girlfriend we were talking and she asked if I noticed if my dick has been growing and she went on saying she feels like it’s gotten bigger since we met a year ago. Anyways just thought I’d post up my stats and hopefully in a couple months come back with some gains. Hoping for at least 1/4” for length and girth.

Hello everybody, I have been creeping since February. Started the newbie routine February 27, 2019.

Last week stats:
BPEL 7 1/2 in (1/4 in gain)
EG Mid shaft 5 3/8 in (1/8 in gain).

This has also increased my ability to maintain a solid erection. I am hooked just from erectile qualities increasing. Thanks to all the members that have been contributing their knowledge to this forum.

My progress

Curently: 23cm x 18cm

Goal: 25cm x 22cm

Methods: pumping, clamping, fucking, everyday :)

It may be enough if you’re just starting out, but you will be hard pressed to get your goal in one year if that’s the extent of your training.

1-1/2 inches is a tremendous amount to gain in only a single year. Has it been done? Probably, but I’d think those who accomplished it in that timeframe did a more is more type routine.

Please keep in mind, this is my personal opinion and I’m completely comfortable that I could be wrong. Others may think 1-1/2 inches on what you’re doing can be accomplished in one year.

It depends on how regularly you do the exercises and everything that involves the PE method and your immediate goals, also it depends on how your body’s tissues reacts and adapts
To the PE ,you may have the so call beginners gains while others get stuck about the gains for a certain amount of time, so they need to change or re-adapt their routines

I just started pumping using a Pump Worx Auto Vac Deluxe pump. Started using pumping 101 routine, well after day 3 for the first time since I can remember my cock came out of the cylinder with a perfect 9 o’clock erection! It lasted about 10 minutes, not bad for a 52 year old with mild ED.

I stumbled across this forum about a year ago and started working about 2 months later. I just always figured my dick was on the small size and there was nothing I could do about it. What I found was that I was a bit longer than average, but skinny. I started at 5.875” BPEL and 4.125” mseg. 10 months later I’m at 6.75 BPEL and 4.625” mseg. Privacy has been my biggest hinderance in working more - usually just ~10mins in the shower per day and some pumping when I’m alone. Pumping has really increased my base girth, but not much permanent progress mid shaft. It does get up to about 5.25” after a good pumping session, but it’s back to normal the next day.

I have been extending, manual stretching, gave up hanging around 7 months ago, pumping, clamping and wearing rings for the rest of the day to keep it engorged slightly.

Started in may 2018, 8” bpel, 5” mseg and around 5,5 maybe base girth, mostly doing way too hard manual stretches, hanging, jelqing and some forms of ads and stuff, gained a bit of girth and length but would have gained a lot more if done differently, I wasn’t the brightest in my approach I guess.

I took a PE break during 2019 for about 1-2 months out of whick 2 weeks passed having no form of PE done whatsoever, non PE related injury.

Now, february 2019, 9”bpel, sometimes around 23,5cm bpel, mseg around 6” and around 7” base girth, gave up hanging and took up extending, way better, doing jelqing and clamping and ocasionally pumping for girth.

I don’t have too much time for my PE sessions due to my job, but I still manage around 40m-2hours of extending everyday, 3-5 hours in the weekend days. When I choose to do my girth work sessions, which could add up to 2-4 sessions every week, depending on my mood and “energy”, around 30m to 2 hour sessions of jelqing, clamping, edging and/or pumping if necessary for EQ purposes, ending the session with one or two rings to be kept on my penis until several hours later, or maybe less depending on privacy and things I have to do and where I have to go to do them..

Just found the thread, would have posted before if I knew of it since I am still doing PE.

Gains come millimetrically and sometimes I thing I have a hard time keeping them or something, haven’t been posting lately due to lack of time and privacy, but I still do my PE sessions religiously and I hope to reach a decent verifiable 24cm bpel with 15cm mseg to be on a bad EQ day, and maybe 20cm base girth, seems doable. Manual stretching and extending for length done along with dry/wet jelqing and clamping/pumping for girth and length seem to be the ultimate PE technique for me, superior to hanging and other cheap, low minded ADS methods I used to try. Clamping is superior to pumping as well, but my guess is pumping could be “blended” in any PE method for EQ purposes, it’s like viagra, also avoiding fluid build up is important, forgot to mention it!

After 3 months-finally sOme gains

I started 11-22-19 and have been doing mostly extending for a little over 3 months.
It was a little frustrating at first, especially with the X4x Lab extender being so damn uncomfortable. I switched to the Phallosan Forte which I am able to wear for 10 hours with no problems. I have been using it starting earlier month.

11-22-19. 2-27-20
Starting. Now
6-6.25. 6.5. BPEL
4.75. 5.185 MSEG

Not bad at all.
