Maintained my previous routine. Next week will be my eighth week of PE. It seems that the consensus wisdom is to take a one week deconditiong break at this point. (Somebody please correct me if I am wrong). If that is the case I’ll plan to do that at the end of next week. No PE for a week, don’t know if I’ll be able to do it. I’m addicted to this stuff.

Been feeling great. Plan to measure at the beginning of March. Flaccid feels heavy and my veins are far more pronounced. Eq is great. Morning wood every day and rock hard erections.

I am going to be temporarily suspending the edging portion of my routine though. After PE and edging, my dick is exhausted. Erections aren’t hard to come by but they are hard to keep immediately following my routine. Also during edging, when I have pushed myself to the PONR and stop, sometimes I will have a mini orgasm without ejaculation. Feels great but after that my erection fades and is pretty hard to maintain. Had another situation where immediately following PE/edging my wife wanted to get frisky and it didn’t go so well. Maybe this is to advanced for a noob.

Tried a couple days sans edging and was able to pound out my wife with little to no foreplay right after doing PE.

So far so good, hope the ruler agrees.

Ok. So I re-read the thread. What I gathered out of it was:

Take a two week break if you’re not growing bpfsl and your eq drops.

My situation is that eq has been very good. Better than when I started. Much improved since I stopped edging. I measure 1 March so I don’t know about the growth part. I suppose I should start measuring bpfsl more often.

I thought I read somewhere (linear newbie thread maybe?) that a one week break every 8 weeks was beneficial. Is that a generally accepted principle for success or is that something I misinterpreted?

Yesterday was a bad day.

I think I need a deconditioning break. One of the two week variety. After my workout, my wife once again wanted to get frisky. I was ready to go instantly. Quickly put on a condom and go to work. After 30 seconds completely soft.

She got upset so I worked my self back up, once again very quickly. Go to work and almost instantly soft.

She once again got super pissed and went to go put on her pants. After some contemplating, I decided to tell her that I’ve been doing PE for the past 2 months and that I might have overdone it a bit. That also didn’t go over well. She pretty much mocked me and told me I was an idiot. I remained calm and told her I decided to do this as part of my self improvement plan for 2016. She continued her negative commentary so I grabbed a blanket and slept on the couch. What a mess!

We’ve been having some disagreements about sex recently but this one was a little different. I’m just concerned because this is the third time that I wasn’t able to maintain an erection after my workout despite not doing any edging. I wish I could do my routine in the AM but I already wake up at 0400 to go to the gym and then to work by 0600. No time in the AM unless I woke up at 0300 which is just crazy.

I believe this constitutes a negative eq indicator and may be a sign that I am over doing it. Still have morning wood and become erect very easily (only need basic stimulation…no porn) but what good is a dick if I can’t stick it in my wife’s never region?

2 weeks no PE with a watchful eye on eq. Does that make sense to you guys?

I’d explain it in terms of going to the gym. When you go overboard, your muscles are sore and experience a loss of power/agility. Let her know you’re learning how to maintain the health of your penis and you over trained.

Getting her on board is important. I’m thankful that my wife applauds my efforts. She’s aware that I can over train as well.

Never have sex after a routine or on a routine day.

Have sex on your rest days. Also try doing your routine either in the morning, cause no one wants sex in the morning, rarely happens or before going to sleep after you make sure no romantism will come up.

I will give it a little cool off time but will remind her that I intend to continue with my penile health improvements. Sex has been weird lately. She’s been dealing with postpartum anxiety since having our youngest son 9 months ago. Sex has been scarce and I’ve been in take what I can get mode. When we do have sex it is fantastic though, especially since starting PE.

Sex has got to be natural for her. No pre planning or anything of the like. I’ll just let her know that if I decline her advances it is because my schlong is tired. Hopefully once I get some real gains going (only 1/8 of an inch so far) she will chill out and be happy I am getting a bigger jammer.

I’d like to do my routine in the AM but that is not in the cards for me at this time. I’m only sleeping 6 hours a day at best right now and losing another hour would be difficult.

Going to expand my break for at least another week. Same issue, difficulty maintaining erection. Have not been able to have sex since I initially noticed the issue. We have tried several times but as soon as we start I deflate. Not sure if this is mental, but my guess is that it is because I wake up with a boner every morning.
