Unfortunately, I never tracked my progress when I was younger. So starting this thread to keep track

Starting stats as of May 20, 2023
BPEL 6.5"
NBPEL 5.75"
EG 4.75"

My primary goal is to improve EQ. Secondary goal is both Girth and length. The problem I have now is that I can’t maintain an erection for round 2, which was never a problem before. I remember getting much stronger erections when I first started PE although I’m finding that’s not the case now.

I started slow with 50 jelqs per day for 2 weeks. Now I’m doing 200, 2 days on 1 off. I also read a thread of someone doing piss pulls and gaining length quickly so I’ve added that to the routine. I do notice it much more in my ligs than regular stretches so hopefully it works for me.

Hopefully my EQ improves but my goal for length and Girth is 7 x 5.5

Guys how do you maintain an active sex life while doing PE? I have more EQ issues now than before. I seem to need at least a day off before having sex but it’s never planned!

Simply try edging, without cumming. Focus on EQ Kegels and ballooning. Stay horny without release except for when sex matters. If PE seems to be worsening EQ back off on the intensity.

For me, baseline improvement is EQ and sexual performance/ Stamina, then go on towards gains.

You’re pushing too hard. Shorten the sessions or the intensity a bit at a time until EQ returns to an acceptable level.

Some men have no problems at all, others genitalia don’t like the stress of PE and get sulky. The good thing is, eventually things normally improve and you can do more intense PE.

Jelquing is a very intense PE method. How were things when you started at 50 strokes?

If you want to stay with manuals, you might try stretching. There’s also pumping, hanging, and extenders of various types. Even if you decide jelquing isn’t for you, it doesn’t mean you’re out of options.

I’ve always had (and still have) super mega strong erections and I’m on a heavy hanging routine. Also had those while doing ADS.

I’m not into jelqing so I wouldn’t know, but I believe that kind of excercises involving internal pressure are more stressful so they get to your EQ. I used to get bland erections after a "clamping" rountine. It wasn’t clamping really, it was more like aided erection with a hard cock ring at the base of cock and making the blood flow inside to a very intense erection to keep it 110% engorged. After one set, I would get 80% erection max for a few hours.

At 50 I was fine. When I added stretches my EQ got slightly worse. At 200 I also seemed to be fine but added more manual stretches. I saw jocacar’s post about gaining length easily and quickly with piss pulls so I’m trying that with a moderate to high stretch. I’m thinking that might be the problem. In the past PE never caused any long term negative effects, but I also wasn’t as sexually active as I am now! I’ll slow down a bit and really go hard when I know there’s no chance of me getting lucky haha. In a month or so I plan on adding more exercises.

I might add ADS to my routine in a month or so once I’m a bit more conditioned. My only concern is volume to my head. Do you have issues with your head getting full? I had those issues in the past with clamping

I had those due to my DIY hanger, sort of the "cold glans" feeling. I did overcome that issue by doing a pumping week every now and then, which consists of doing 2 x 5 minutes sets in the morning and same in the afternoon, with high vacuum. It fixed the cold glans. Then back to hanging. There is something about stretching that makes my erections rock-solid. Which is opposed to what the pump does to mey EQ. It’s not that my EQ goes bad, but as the dick gets fluffier from the fluid buildup, it feels softer.

Are you keeping a session log? Not just what you do for PE, but morning wood, EQ, and sexual performance?

A log can really help when you run into a problem. I don’t know about you, but one PE session is much like another, and more than a few days back, damned if I can remember any details.

I’m not really keeping a log except for which exercises I’m doing and when but morning erections are strong. My EQ issues were really with round 2. I could easily go 2 rounds before with no issue. Now that I’m thinking about it, I’ve been taking painkillers the last 2 weeks. EQ issues could be related to that. I’ll have to check again when I atop taking them. Hopefully it’s that.

I want to tey pumping but worried about injuries. I’ll have to read more about how to so it safely and how ro pick the right device and cylinder

I took a 11-year break of PE as well.

Just recently because of age and time needed to regroup. I am OK not having an orgasm all the time. As crazy as it sounds I feel liberated by that feeling and my wife is also cool with it. I now feel like my wife when she doesn’t need to cum all the time but can have great sex (when I was in my 20’s and 30’s I couldn’t imagine that she felt complete). I just always thought I had to end it with me cumming, but it takes a toll on you.

I read the book "the-multi-orgasmic-man" you can find it if you search it. Another PE person told me to do that and I really want to thank this forum for that book linke. It gives really good insight about multiple orgasms. Some times now, I will do a quickie with wifey in the AM, like 5 min, just to get in it and start the day. At night I can go at it and not cum, orgasm with no cum, or orgasm with cum, you are free to do any 3 of those!! I never knew that. I can pretty much not ejaculate now and have an orgasm and it’s amazing. My PE sessions now only help me get even harder at night with sex, I reduced porn and now I do PE and can’t wait to see wifey.

Really the whole thing now for me is having a lot of fun. I don’t like the thinking that I have EQ issues now, I guess I have it, but we all will have it someday. Life is a journey, when I was below 33 I could cum twice a day for 5 out of 7 days, that was then, I can’t live in the past but I had a great ride. Now at 40’s I need time to regroup like 1-2 days. HOWEVER, I can get an erection for 5-10 minutes every day and bang it out and not have to "feel" like I am not complete because I can’t have long sex all the time and need to cum. YOU CAN have sex all the time, but you can’t cum all the time now. It’s life, it’s fucking great to be alive and just have fun.
