I heard about jelqing from an online mini documentary, I believe it took place in the UK, it was talking about the average size. Nonetheless I did some internet searching and came across an article which ultimately led me here.

There is so much info on this site I can’t believe I never came across it before, as I always felt unsure about my size. None of my girlfriend’s in he past (now married) ever said anything along the lines of saying it was big so I just assumed I was average. Which turns out from the stats here, as well as the ” Penis Percentile Calculator” I am just slightly above average.

Currently I am 6 5/8” BPEL and 4 3/4” EG

After reading the success on this site, I hope to achieve 9” length and 6” girth. From some of the guys on here it seems possible so time will tell.

I am a pretty avid weightlifter, used to body build back in the mid 2000’s so I’ve kept with it and am constantly educating myself in the area of lifting, diet and recovery. I know how much recovery plays in allowing your body to rebuild and adapt so I hope some of my current knowledge will help and translate over to PE.

I find right now after completing one “workout” that the toughest things as first will be patience and not over stimulating (trying to do too much too fast). I know it can be detrimental for newbies starting out in lifting so I assuming given we are dealing with human tissue this will have similar effects for PE.

Thanks gprent, I did come across that already and I will be sure to post my gains. From your experience how often should someone be checking their gain status. I know with weight loss and muscle gain checking all the time can sometimes be disappointing and lead to frustration of not seeing any improvement.

Definitely not everyday. Maybe check once a month or longer.
