Safely Making Gains?
Hey guys, 20 year old from New York
I’ve been lurking on the site for a good month now. Other than some light jelqing maybe a year ago, I haven’t tried PE of any kind yet. I was probably doing it wrong anyway. I’m eager to start but in all honesty kind of terrified from all these stories of guys messing their rigs up bad, I can’t let the little guy go down like that!
On that note I’m currently:
NBPEL -7.0”
BPEL -7.5”
EG -5.25”
With a goal of:
NBPEL -8.5”
EG -6” maybe 6.5”?
Looking for some beginners tips, maybe get this ship sailing smoothly? It can be anything from a simple tip to a full beginner’s workout. Any information I can soak up really. Thanks in advance, truly looking forward to this transition to a new life style.
