Start of my journey
So I have been following on and off for years Thunder’s Place and messed around with PE briefly two years ago but never fully committed for more than a few weeks and didn’t care to continue.. Looking back I wonder how much I would’ve gained if I had just stayed consistent and stuck with it, but anyways here I am now.
Life has turned around for me and I am starting to hit my stride in all aspects of my life. Work, Financially, and even down about 30 lbs really trying to perfect myself and body as I get into my thirties. That being said, I am still a bit skeptical of PE all while never being more confident its real. I am about 3 weeks into my journey and have been following the newbie routine(maybe adding 5 minutes or so more of stretching and jelqing) with light stretching throughout the day as I have time. I also have an IR heat lamp I use to lightly stretch a few minutes after waking up and prior to bed. EQ has never been better, and I think I may have gained 1/4 of an inch after the first 3 weeks, but do to my skepticism I am waiting to see measurements going forward, maybe I measured incorrectly.
As of 3 weeks ago I was starting at 5.5 BPEL and 5.0 MSEG, the other measurements I never measured prior to 3 weeks ago, but measured 6.25 BPFSL the other day along with 5.75 BPEL.didn’t measure EG, will do it in 3 weeks with next measurements. I know I haven’t been able to break 5.5 BPEL prior to PE so I don’t know if the first three weeks is gains or just better EQ resulting in that extra 1/4 inch.
I am keeping this thread as my own personally accountability log, and to track any progress. I may still be skeptical, but I am more confident and committed than ever. If PE is real and can produce gains I am positive I will make it happen. I will continue to post every few days/weeks or as my routine changes. Any tips/pointers/recommendations are welcome and I look forward to documenting my progress.
