So I have been following on and off for years Thunder’s Place and messed around with PE briefly two years ago but never fully committed for more than a few weeks and didn’t care to continue.. Looking back I wonder how much I would’ve gained if I had just stayed consistent and stuck with it, but anyways here I am now.

Life has turned around for me and I am starting to hit my stride in all aspects of my life. Work, Financially, and even down about 30 lbs really trying to perfect myself and body as I get into my thirties. That being said, I am still a bit skeptical of PE all while never being more confident its real. I am about 3 weeks into my journey and have been following the newbie routine(maybe adding 5 minutes or so more of stretching and jelqing) with light stretching throughout the day as I have time. I also have an IR heat lamp I use to lightly stretch a few minutes after waking up and prior to bed. EQ has never been better, and I think I may have gained 1/4 of an inch after the first 3 weeks, but do to my skepticism I am waiting to see measurements going forward, maybe I measured incorrectly.

As of 3 weeks ago I was starting at 5.5 BPEL and 5.0 MSEG, the other measurements I never measured prior to 3 weeks ago, but measured 6.25 BPFSL the other day along with 5.75 BPEL.didn’t measure EG, will do it in 3 weeks with next measurements. I know I haven’t been able to break 5.5 BPEL prior to PE so I don’t know if the first three weeks is gains or just better EQ resulting in that extra 1/4 inch.

I am keeping this thread as my own personally accountability log, and to track any progress. I may still be skeptical, but I am more confident and committed than ever. If PE is real and can produce gains I am positive I will make it happen. I will continue to post every few days/weeks or as my routine changes. Any tips/pointers/recommendations are welcome and I look forward to documenting my progress.

Good luck sounds like your journey is starting off well. I am pretty new also, about 4 plus weeks in. Only thing I think is maybe measuring less frequently at least for me will keep you from going nuts as I think it’s possible your numbers can go up & down frequently and until you hit a solid gain it could play on emotions.

Stay consistent! I first got on her in 2009 and made some gains. But then lost them plus some over the years. I’m just getting back into it again. It works. It definitely works just gotta be consistent. Newbie routine is the best place to start. Try to find that fatigue after every session and take a day or two off when you need it. Otherwise Good-luck!


Best stats 2009 = NBPEL - 6.25", BPEL - 7.25".. Mid EG - 5".. Base EG - 5.75" BPSFL - 7.375 —New stat 2021 = NBPEL - 5.5", BPEL - 6.5", Mid EG - 5.25

As far as routine I’m listening and really just basing it off my PI’s. I got an IR lamp I sit in front of a few times a day a just lightly stretch don’t know if it does anything but mentally it feels like I am. I have one real session a day with 15-20 minutes stretch where I’m trying to really stretch unlike my periodic Ir lamp stretches. I usually do about 100 slow 4-5 second jelqs, somewhere around 10 minutes by the time I finish. Then edging for anywhere from 5-20 minutes.

On a side note, at the end of edging I had a toilet paper roll finished and was curious to see how I stack up(as a kid I would always use it to measure up against it) anyways I could not fit more than an inch inside. My girth was definitely bigger than I have ever seen. Presumably because of the workout, but it was a nice little ego boost.

Finished up solid session. Definitely feel much fuller. I feel like girth has improved or at least I notice it now more than ever. Being pretty insecure about my size, I think it’s the first time I felt happy or at least ok looking at my thickness lately. Could just be better EQ though.

Today Heat plus 15 minutes stretch, 15 minutes Jelq, 15 minutes edging. Followed by 10 more minutes heat.

I just keep imagining waking up with 2 more inches and that keeps me motivated. Right now I’m doing 2,3, or 4 days on followed by an off day. I’m just going with how I feel at the moment. I’ll keep updating as things progress.

The last week has been ups and downs. I have been very consistent and only taken off if I didn’t wake up hard which may have been once or twice at the most. I have been using a stealth sleeve during the day because I turtle terribly throughout the day, like shriveling to an inch or less. I feel that has been helpful and I am starting to notice a difference in overall flaccid throughout the day when not wearing the sleeve. I feel much fuller and heavier. I really enjoy this.
Some days during PE I feel like I have become huge both length and girth, and other days I feel smaller. I think its just a mental game, and wanting faster results. That being said I did take measurements prior to starting my session today for flaccid stretch. I 100% gained 1/4 and inch there. I could never get it stretched to more than 6.25 inches.. If that. Today was 6.5 flaccid stretch. To be honest I could careless about this stat though. I don’t care if I can stretch it 6 feet.. I care about erect length and girth.
After edging I was just about 6 inches BPEL. Maybe just under, around 15cm so I will just go with that. I am making sure to try and be as bone pressed as possible so in the future I can know gains aren’t just me being over excited and digging the ruler into my bone harder. While technically that is between .25/.50 in gains, I am more inclined to believe this is just improved EQ and recovering lost size from substance use and alcohol, and overall inactive lifestyle.
Needless to say I am very pleased with the gains and before I get over excited and way too optimistic, I am waiting to see if the growth continues. If I continue growing like this, then I will set some more concrete loftier goals.
Routine is as follows
5 mins cold stretch warm up
15 mins stretch with IR
Wet Jelq 100-200 about 10-15 minutes
Edging 5-20 minutes

It’s been almost a month since the last update.

I have been steady with the same routine.

5 minute cold stretch warm up

15 minute stretch with Ir

100-200 west jelqs

10-15 minutes edge

I still wear the stealth all day sleeve I think this has helped flaccid length a good amount.

I started taking testosterone replacement therapy. I did it for reasons besides PE but I definitely notice libido improvements all day, and am walking around fuller throughout the day.. Might be because I’m horny all day like I am 13 again. Either way maybe it helps. If not I feel way better so I’m going to stick with it.

I do feel my EQ is greatly improved since beginning this journey and I credit PE for that. Also my girth feels improved maybe slight measurement increase there. My BPEL is better but again not sure if it’s just EQ or actual gains at this point. I’m going to do another measure in a few days. I’m buying a quick pro extender to log 4-6 hours after work every day starting at the end of the month. Hoping to see some great progress through the summer months. Staying optimistic and dedicated. As always advice is always appreciated.

Also started same time as both of you with very similar stats. Let’s keep each other honest.

So my routine is the same, I just got the quick extend pro and will begin using it.

I have definitely had big changes. I notice a am way bigger flaccid and hang much fuller on average. I’m not sure the exact dates but roughly two months both flaccid and erect are much bigger.

BPFSL is almost an inch bigger

Flaccid is at least an inch

And BPEL is from 5.5 to 6.1-6.2 as of last measurements two days ago.

I do think .5 is better EQ and regaining lost length from drugs and alcohol over the years.

When I saw 6.2 I knew I had real growth.

I will continue the same routine another month or two with added quick extend pro and see if I continue to have growth. I have become a believer and will be continuing my dedication for months to come.

As always advice is welcome.
