Starting a pump routine
Long time lurker, wanted to make this thread to keep track of my progress and get feedback from others!
Starting stats:
-BPEL: 7.25”
-EG: 4.7”
Primarily want girth but if I get some length I won’t be upset.
My plan:
-Pump every other day with heat at 2.5” hg.
-Light stretching before entering pump
-Week 1: 1 set 10min
-Week 2: 1 set 15min
-Week 3: 2 set 10min
-Week 4: 2 set 15min
Assuming I have no negative PIs or red dots through week 4 I’m not sure on how I want to progress, will probably add pressure.
Going to be using a LeLuv pump in case anyone is wondering.
Feel free to give me your thoughts/suggestions :)
