Starting again

A little while ago I started with the newbie routine, but I did not find the time to do it on a regular basis. Now, in the holiday, I want to pick up a rythm to continue afterwards. For the ones who forgot it, I’m 20 years old from the Netherlands. My starting stats are 18 cm/7” BPEL and 14cm/5.5” MEG. My primary goal would be length, to reach the 20 cm, although that’s so close to the 8” mark, that would be the next step. I think I’ll then go for the 8x6. On top of that, I’d be interested in other things, like improving flacid size, (even) larger/harder orgasms etcetera.
My routine for now:
5 min warm up with washcloth
30 secs stretching sets
150x 3 sec yelqs
5 min warm up
50 kegels
I think about starting with 2 on 1 off, see how that works, and gradually ramp up exercise intensity and duration.
