Hey everyone,

A little while ago I started with the newbie routine, but I did not find the time to do it on a regular basis. Now, in the holiday, I want to pick up a rythm to continue afterwards. For the ones who forgot it, I’m 20 years old from the Netherlands. My starting stats are 18 cm/7” BPEL and 14cm/5.5” MEG. My primary goal would be length, to reach the 20 cm, although that’s so close to the 8” mark, that would be the next step. I think I’ll then go for the 8x6. On top of that, I’d be interested in other things, like improving flacid size, (even) larger/harder orgasms etcetera.

My routine for now:
5 min warm up with washcloth
30 secs stretching sets
150x 3 sec yelqs
5 min warm up
50 kegels

I think about starting with 2 on 1 off, see how that works, and gradually ramp up exercise intensity and duration.

How many 30 second stretches are you doing before jelqing? Too many/long of stretches can make it harder to achieve proper engorgement for jelqing unless you’re only targeting length first.

Also I would start with a lower amount of jelqs and have them be about 4 or 5 seconds each.

About the stretches, I did down, up, down left, down right, out, down, 2x BTC. I think I had a 70% erection on average during the jelqs.

Looks good. Just keep with the 1 on 1 off routine and report back.

What are you using for a warm up?

For the warm up I’m using a washcloth drenched in warm/hot water. If necessary I reapply water.

I honestly think 150 jelqs is a lot to start - I’d rather do 50 jelqs and keep it steady. Jelqing is a manual art and it’s worth to focus first on quality of each jelq.

And then I always recommend to find the right frequency bottom-up first by starting on a 1on/2off routine and then adding each month an on-day up to a 5on/2off frequency.

Only when you reached your maximum frequency start to increase the quantity of stretches and jelqs. And still then just 10-15% per month. Just watch your PI’s, they will tell you when it’s too much. Then you simply step back to the previous month frequency and intensity and you have found your individual optimum.

Thanks for the feedback Richard65. I did the jelqs in 2 series though, 100 and 50, because I saw some others starting with 10 min of jelqing too. I might turn that down a bit, say 100, and see how that works. I’ve always healed very fast from injuries etc, maybe PE recovery goes the same.

Frequency wise, do you recommend 1 on 2 off to get used to it first and get the gains in the later months? I like the idea of the monthly added on days, but I’d like to do 1 on 1 off going to 2 on 2 off and then follow your schedule.

My EQ was fine yesterday an today, but it’s probably too early to decide on that after just 1 day.

The frequency is a choice, but the longer I read and practice PE the more I am convinced that two consecutive rest days are a growth booster.

So I would rather recommend a 1on/2off than a 1/1 frequency to start with.

For now, I stuck with 1 on 1 off. Same routine, only 125 yelqs this time. Veins were showing very nicely, no problems with EQ as well.

Day 5 so another work out day. Still EQ is very good, no problem at all during yelqs etc. Don’t know if it’s because of PE or something else, but starting to get morning wood more often, I barely had it before last week, so that’s already positive.

Regular morning wood is a very positive PI and often one of the first noteable signs of PE training hitting in.

You seem to be on the right path.

Almost a week in now, I think the work is paying off. I’ll measure tomorrow after 1 week exactly. Today was another workout day. Stretches: down, up, down left, down right, out, down, BTC 2x (once with each hand), out, down. Afterwards, 125 yelqs (50 and 75). I was wondering, does it matter in which direction you do the yelqs? I usually do them downwards, but I could imagine outwards might be better. Warming up and afterwards was 5 min of hot washcloth, and 75 kegels to finish.

I do my jelqs in the axis of my highest erection angle (maybe 30 degrees upwards to a horizontal line in my case) as I think it is the easiest way for the blood to circulate in CS and CC.

1 week in, I decided to do the first measuring day. I used a new hard ruler for length though, instead of a tape ruler I used before, which means there’s a little inaccuracy between the length measurement now and the starting length. My starting length was 18 cm, which was a little rounded. Now, when pressed firmly, I measured 18.2 cm (7.165”). Girth started with the tape ruler and obviously still is done with the tape ruler. I started at 14 cm exactly, and now measure 14.2 cm (5.591”). On top of that, EQ was very well, but might have been even slightly improved and in my opinion, it is starting to “look harder” too, for example, veins are showing better and better. Really glad with the progress of this week, would be insane if this rate would be continued, although I feel that might be a little too optimistic.
