Starting My PE

I decided to start doing PE for the simple reason of just wanting to be bigger. There is no moving story or reason for it besides my own selfish desire. I have been doing manual exercises for about a year. Nothing crazy. Just something I do everyday for 15 min while I’m in the shower. Or twice a day if I take two showers. I have now come to the point where I am ready to really dig in and try to get some real gains. I am not looking for huge gains just enough to push me over the top. I’m currently 7 3/4” BEL and 5 1/4” MEG. My goal is to get 8 1/2” BEL and 6” MEG.

I have done a lot of reading on these and other forums. So I’ve come up with a strategy and we will see how it works out. I plan on adding clamping and small amount of vacuum pumping to my manual stretches. My total exercise time is going to be about an hour. I’ll be documenting my progress with some pics and measurements. Wish me luck!

Stick to just the newbie routine for 4-6 months and only add devices once conditioned and newbie gains cease.

Fellow newbie here.

The stick to the newbie routine is solid advice, boring but really solid advice.

During that routine and time, you learn an awful lot about your unit and how it responds, these lessons are immensely valuable as you progress further on. The amount i’ve learnt about my dick in the last couple of months has been amazing!

The routine typically gives some easy gains too. Stick at it and stay consistent!
