Starting PE
Hello! I just started the PE journey about a week ago. I wanted to journal what effects are occurring so far and maybe get some inputs from more experienced people.
Right now, I am doing 3 days ON and 1 day OFF before bed. 10 minutes of manual stretches and 20 minutes of jelqing. I do kegels throughout the day for a total of 40 minutes to an hour every day. I also do edging in the mornings when I wake up. I always have a morning erection, so I tend to edge for about 30 minutes.
I have noticed that my erections feel fuller, and it’s easier to maintain for a longer duration. It overall feels harder but not longer. I’m guessing it’s because of the kegels. I also feel tired after a PE session, but it looks plump. Usually, my edging sessions make it look plump but not tired.
I do not have any measurements at the moment. I am hoping to increase my stretching time to 20 minutes and my jelqing time to 25 minutes. My goal is to increase length. I feel comfortable with my girth size.
I was wondering when I should start to see results from PE? My current mindset is on the long-term rather than the short-term. I should see a difference in 6-12 months. Also, is it normal to feel tired after a PE session? Or am I overdoing it? I’m not squeezing too hard, and I don’t feel any discomfort. There is never redness or any visual changes. Should I increase my time on manual stretching in the future? Any advice on length would be appreciated.
