Hello guys,

I’ve known this site for quite a bit now. In all that time I tried exercising a couple of times, and it seemed to be good for my dick. But since I am a porn addict, I always felt that my dick was to exhausted to do the exercises (but not to masturbate to porn, of course…).

But now I want to get rid of my addiction, and I think it is a superb moment in my life to start with the PE, at 27 years old.

My actual measurements are:

NBPEL 15.7cm // BPEL 17.0cm
EG -> Top 11.2cm // Mid 11.7cm // Base 12.3cm

There is a big difference in EG from the top to the base, and my penis is rotated and slightly bent to the left. I’m pretty sure this is caused by years of excessive masturbation (I started to masturbate when I was 8, and never stopped since then). I also tend to sleep facing down, over my dick, which doesn’t help at all.

I’m aiming to gain EG (from mid to top specially) mainly. Any length gains are welcome.

I did the Newbie Routine today, and got some red spots. A couple bigger ones. I know from other times that these will go, but I would like something to not have to grab the penis so hard when stretching. I have to take a look at those silicone sleeves people talks about.

I’m gonna keep on doing the newbie routine for the moment and see how my body reacts, but I want to introduce clamping or other girth-focused exercises as soon as I can. The only change I will make is that, when stretching, I will focus on the stretches to the right more, to elongate the left ligament. The increments will be as I feel them fit.

The idea is to do the PE after going for a run and do some exercise, to have the body warmer.

And that’s all I have to say. If you know something to make the stretches easier to do, or can recommend exercises to focus on girth, go ahead :)

I think it’s amazing that you have decided to drop your porn addiction and move over to PE. I have made the same decision around 2 months ago and I’ve been porn free since then.

I also started pretty much at the same measurements, even tho you’re slightly bigger in terms of length and I’ll tell you what everyone else told me as well which is ‘stick to the Newbie Routine’, this is a long run game, there’s no need to rush things. I’m planing on doing the Newbie Routine for at least 3 months (so one more month to go) and then evaluate if I should keep doing it or not.
From what I understood so far, the more results you can get from these newbie exercises the better as you won’t be exhausting gains from more advanced exercises later on.

What I have in mind is this and I honestly recommend you to do the same: stick only to the Newbie Routine for 3 months and measure yourself monthly. After the 3 months period do 1 more month, if by the end of that 4th month you don’t see any gains then introduce more advanced exercises, if you keep seeing gains then stick to the Newbie Routine until you stop seeing any. This is what I’m going to do and I honestly believe it might be the best approach. Once again, this is a long run game, don’t try to rush things.

Setting realistic goals might help you out as well, if you check my sub you’ll notice what goals I have set for myself for example. I initially planned a goal of 1 CM in length in 2 months and gained 0.75 CM (with 2-3 weeks where I didn’t PE at all) so you may want to take this as an idea but keep in mind that everyone’s gains are different.

Hey Unidentified! Thanks for your words. I’ll will for sure keep on doing the newbie routine for at least 2 more weeks. But I’m pretty set on purchasing a bathmate, because It seems to be usefull for my goals and it fits perfectly with my routine:

-Wake up at 3:00am, do whatever on the PC for 40-60mins.
-Eat, do whatever on the PC for 40-60mins.
-Go for a run, exercise in my home, stretch whole body.
-Go in the bathroom and do PE with the body still warm after exercise, take a shower (Here the bathmate would fit perfectly)
-Relax for a bit, eat a snack, work.

As far as my goals.. I think they are modest. I just want more EG. I don’t really have a number in mind, any gains are welcome. Ideally I would want my top/mid EG to be around the same as my base EG (12.3cm), and If it can go further than that with time.. Well, I won’t say no :) . The length is secondary to me; It seems to be enough with what I have. I won’t say no to a couple more centimeters, but I don’t want a +20cm dick.

With regards to porn: I’m allowing myself to masturbate only 2 times per week, either at the start or at the end. There are times where I really want to open up the explorer and start to watch, but I’m resisting for now.

And well, this is my second week. In that time-span I exercised 4 days. I couldn’t do anything the first week, just the exercises I did the day I posted this thread. But this second week I exercised 3 days; the whole weekend is rest time, I will go at it again the next week. And so far so good; I’m learning to jelq properly and to feel when I stretch the ligaments in the right way. I’m using an air blower as a constant heat source; I place it on top of a table I have on the bathroom, and while I cover my balls with one hand, I place my dick in and out of the hot air current (is really good when stretching specially).

Today I woke up with a very hard boner. And judging by feel (I was still half asleep) I would say that that it was a little bit thicker than usual. But I think that feel was caused by the fact that the boner was quite hard. Still, very happy of how things are going. No red spots or anything like that during the second week and, while flaccid, it’s clearly bigger than normal.

I’ll take measurements in some time. For the moment I don’t really want to do it. So it can be in 2 months or by the next week.

Oh! And btw, if anyone is interested: My stream of urine when pissing seems to be more abundant. The pressure is around the same, but as a result of this, I spend less time in the bathroom (which I noticed that It was longer than it needed to be lately). I will take this as a sign that things are going for the right path :D !

Welcome to Thunders

It would be a good idea to click on the Start Here button. Lots of good information on what the Gym is all about, including best practices and safety tips.

It is always recommended to start with a beginners routine (doesn’t have to be the JP) and continue with it for 90 days or until you stop gaining. Start slowly and build up to the full routine over a few weeks.

Jelq with an erection level between 40 and 70%. Do not grip too tight, just enough to feel blood moving up the shaft. When stretching, grab your shaft about one inch below the glans and do not pull too hard, just enough to feel a slight stretch. Let your PIs be your guide as to how hard to do your exercise

Don’t forget to take good starting measurements and photos so you have a solid base to compare your gains to.
