Ok so… After 6 weeks of sticking to the diet (well, as much as seemed responsible, I needed some salts and animal products to not faint in the gym) and doing the AM, I gained no penis size and no body size. Yesterday I ate a pizza. Today I’m having boners all day. Psychological? Probably. Completely between the ears? Probably not.

In terms of AM, I’m not completely writing it off just yet. I still have 2 days to go, and I think doing it as gently as possible is the way to go for me. Yesterday I felt… Something minor in the base of my unit. Today I’m having boners. Who knows, maybe excessively gentle is the road for me. Sounds weird after 2 1/4 years of PE but you never know.

I’ll take a decon break from Saturday onwards, but before then I’ll try to AM twice more and edge vigorously.


February '16: 173 mm BPEL (6.81") 132 mm MEG (5.20")

November '18: 190 mm BPEL (7.48") 137 mm MEG (5.39")

I have been doing this for four days now. My stats are not great but it is better EQ I am trying to get and my EQ was 3 out of 5 now 4 out of 5 . I had the start of ED (but I am 67) I could get a half way erection and only keep it or a few minutes, but now I just touch it and it jumps to attention. Be careful like any other method you can very easily over do it and hurt the one you love. Well my starting stats are BPEL 15.75 EG 11.75 let’s see what happens.

I’ve wondered the same thing. I’d like to see a real person doing AM to ensure I am doing it right.

You guys should check out the Angkor Method 2.0 on his YouTube channel.

No lube required and much easier.
I discovered both methods in the same night and found 2.0 to be better. I had to adjust my grip a little different than he does in the video but you can FEEL the blood in the head push down when you do it correctly. EQ was great and it was actually fun to do compared to 1.0. The head of my member was SUPER warm so I assume that means I’m doing it correctly along with the feeling of the blood.
I woke up this morning with an almost swollen yet smooth member, but no pain. Hang was way better than usual.

No measurements but I just started last night.

So, with 2.0 how is a routine put together?
I know the early info is 5-10 minutes and every other day but what does a routine look like that has a chance of producing gains?
3 sets of 10 minutes?
3 sets of 20 minutes?

Does anyone know how to use 2.0?

I did check it and it seems really interesting, but there is no proof it actually works. Would love to see legitimate, senior members try it and report if there are any significant gains after a few months of use.

After the release of 1.0, this question was easily answered, why is it so difficult to answer for 2.0?

A routine that will produce gains has to be based around tunica expansion. Wiggle and squish your dick all you like, without going after tunica expansion all you will ever see is some short term inflammation/swelling. As far as incorporating “Angion Method .0, .1, or .2 or whatever, with actual enlargement exercises, there aren’t many who can tell you because not much of that has been done. I think there are one or two or three guys who incorporated AM exercises with PE exercises, but many saw the almost immediate jump in vascularity and erection quality as proof there was gains coming, so they stopped other exercises if they were doing them. Others, like myself, had not been doing PE and just figured they’d give the new thing a spin, and they saw, and will see, only whatever increases the inflammation causes. Probably an eighth of an inch one way or the other, or possibly both. So I would throw 10 minutes of whichever AM exercise you like in at the end of your regular workout. You’ll probably see some decent gains that way.

I shoulda worded my question better.
I am not asking about combining AM with regular PE (I was one of the early ones to do this with 1.0).

My question is more basic then that.
With 1.0, we were given a recommended routine to work up to:
Some BE
Some PR
1 or two more BE
Another PR working up to a routine with four sets of PR.

2.0 came out and it didn’t come with any guidelines except 1 on 2 off.
No 1 set of 20 min… or 2 sets of 15 min… nothing except 1 on/ 2 off.

Many say they do some fulcrums with it, some do some 1.0s with it… it is just so random.

I don’t grasp this lack of instruction with 2.0.
