I did clamp and combine it with AM during and after. Basically replacing edging with AM. Felt good. Easier to maintain erection than prior.

Crusher,.. the tunica will be a limiting factor. The theories on how AM will create new tissue “replacing” or “seeding” into the tunica pressuring it inside out seems a stretch to me.
Maybe with constant AM the tunica will at some point( many weeks months…) give away some…
I have a good feeling that quality PE with AM can be effective.

I Don't Feel Any Pleasure As Said, Nor Anything At All

When I do the angion method, I don’t feel a vibration, pleasure, or my penis “jump with my heart beat”. As far as I know I do it correct, I press down on the vein on the front and don’t put pressure anywhere else, and only cup the top. How do I know I’m doing it right if I don’t see or feel anything?

I need to try these exercises, jelqing and stretching really did nothing for me, but there seems to be great gains happening

For me it was trial and error. In the beginning I discovered I applied too much pressure and fatigued myself by trying to get 20 to 30 minutes in. Bad for me because I would lose my erection during PR stages 2 and 3.

Pleasure came when I relaxed my PF and significantly reduced pressure. Pleasure for me is when my thumbs lightly stroke down the length of the shaft, mixed with lube, causing me to sustain an erection that feels like it will explode.

Also, it’s okay not to adhere to a schedule. In my case, rest days resulted in faster progress. I now only do a session if I wake up rock hard (which is most days) and I only go as long as I can sustain an erection. No more keeping a journal, no more timing each stage. My cock and balls and my breathing are my indicators while in session.

I mean progress in the context of positive indicators from performing AM. Only recently have I been able to sustain a full erection during all phases of PR. I also recover faster between sessions, though I don’t always engage if I am not in the mood. I won’t measure until at least 90 days, but I have outgrown 2 cock rings and I can feel condoms fit much tighter.

Everyone likes the EQ increase, but lots of folks talk “progress” or “results” or “gains”, but nobody is actually reporting much in the way of actual physical enlargement. I find it a bit frustrating.

Most of the “progress” seems to be folk getting better at staying erect during the exercise.
Getting and sustaining an erection everyday is bound to be good for EQ however you do it.

So, another week is drawing to a close and I am still doing AM along with pumping and jelqing. During the exercises, I still go soft but easily get full erect. This is new and a pleasant surprise. Usually, it takes quite some time to to get fully erect.

During intercourse. I am slightly harder and it takes a little longer before I go soft and have to stop so i can get it back up. Yesterday was the first time in many years I was able to do missionary without going soft in minutes. I remained erect until my shoulders gave out from bracing myself (wife does not like when I squash her).

So, I see slight improvements but nothing radical. As for gains, i have not seen any, which is fine since I am focusing on EQ. If I can get my EQ bsck to 110% then my girth will go back to my norm (5 mseg,),

I still need to add the oscillator to my routine. I am hoping this may impact girth.

Ok, that’s my update, so far.. more to come.

How is your timing? Do you do AM during jelqing or after?

Personally I will hit the AM immediately after a jelq session. I figure it can act as a nice warm down and gets the blood flowing into all the nooks and crannies. I don’t always end with the AM, sometimes I just go straight to the hot wrap.

Update: did AM for 30mins, 60mins of vacuum pumping, 20mins of foreplay, 60mins of intercourse and maintained my erection for 98% of it. Truley amazing for a guy who has/had mild ED. I think AM is making a difference.

Putting the hours in with my Phallosan and my Pump!

The maker of the method advises against jelqing and pumping and believes that it will ruin the capillary beds if I am correct.

What do you guys feel? It definitely seems to be working pretty well.
