That’s why the timing is probably best if you do AM after intense PE.
Basically expand the tissue and then fill it in. Finish the PE session with AM.
The next question then is for how long one should wait for the next PE session after AM!

I think Janus said 8-14 hours is where Capillary beds are formed. I guess you could fit AM nicely in a 1 ON 1 OFF routine..

I never mix AM with traditional PE methods. I tried jelqing immediately after AM and found my CC was very achy, almost to the point of painful, which was my sign to back off. I never tried the opposite, though. This was the first first time I did AM followed by vacuum pumping. I may do it again since my CC was not achy.

This is exactly where my head is at on this. AM as either a stand alone or a finisher.

I have struggIed this Iast two months with a catastrophic rupture of the muscIes in my Ieft thigh. The pain and sweIIing has been so intense that my focus has been away from the AM and I’ve been reIying on cIamping as a sort of interim prctice untiI I can get my focus back to the AM and Janus’s most recent exercise, the fuIcrum.


Began December 2009 at 5 7/8" length and 5" girth.

As of December 5th 2012 7 3/8" BPEL and 6 1/8" base girth.

I am so sorry to hear of this rupture. Squats, deadlifts,how did this occur? I assume you have been to the doctor?

A- You did some AM with a cockring prior, right? i tried some AM with clamp on. What are your thoughts on that?

When blood circulation is not totally shut off it seems that AM is possibly during clamping.

PIaying soccer. I’ve been getting RMT treatment. Doctors are bIoody useIess. I’m not going to take a morning off and sit for 45 minutes onIy to be toId (at best) what I aIready knew.

It’s improving incrementaIIy each week, but I’ve Iost about 4” of the Rectus Femoris, as the Iower insertion ruptured.

I don’t recommend doing this at home kiddies.

I tend to agree, but I’m no expert. It seemed to work for me. I used a cabIe cIamp behind the baIIs, and backed off as my erection firmed up.

InitiaIIy it was the onIy way I couId achieve an erection to AM, but after a few weeks I couId get hard without the cIamp, which is some proof of concept for the idea that AM improves erection quaIity and function.

If for no other reason than that, I’m forever gratefuI to Janus.

The most amzing part of this is that I have no pain waIking and can stiII deadIift my summer weight with no discomfort or sweIIing. I can even run fIat out and turn and pass the baII. It’s onIy when shooting that the discomfort begins.

RMT is definitely your best option treatment wise.As you stated most doctors are useless in the field of soft tissue injuries.

Hey guys. I’ve just started my PE journey for about a week now. I’m currently on AM. Regarding the lubrication prior to the AM, what type of lubricants that are safe to be used?
