Taking the day off for recovery

October 5th, 2015

Used a heat pack for 10 minutes to warm up.

Today consisted of 6 separate sets of 25 jelqs, followed by 5 sets of 15 second ULI’s, 440’s, or bends.

Total of 150 jelqs, 30 sets of 15 second girth work.

Warmed down for another 5 minutes with a heat pack.

October 6th, 2015

I was short on time today, so I had to do my PE at work again. Warmed up using hand warmers, which actually did a decent job.

I overworked myself on the 5th, and ended up with some spotting on the head of my penis. It was mostly gone today, but I decided to take it a little easier today.

Today consisted of 10 minutes of heat, 150 overhand jelqs, and a 10 minute hand-warmer heat at the end.

In addition, I started a new workout regimen today as well. Since February of this year, I’ve gone from my heaviest weight ever (198lbs), down to 176lbs. I’m trying to get down to 160 or 12% body fat, whichever comes first. From there, I will focus on building muscle and gaining back some of that weight I originally lost.

October 8th, 2015

Had to take another day off for recovery yesterday, due to some lingering spotting.

Today was a 15 minute warm wrap, followed with 100 jelqs, and 5 sets of 10 second 440’s.

Then another 100 jelqs, and 5 more sets of 10 second 440’s.

Finished up with another 10 minute warm wrap.

1 he later and I’ve got some serious donut effect going on.. I think it’s time to do some reading and maybe re-adjust my regimen.

October 9th, 2015

Back to basics in an attempt to correct some donuting from my recent workouts.

125 straight jelqs, no girth work today.
At the end of my workout I was pleased to see fullness and a good plump flaccid, without any donut effect.

5 minute warm wrap, followed by 125 jelqs, and 5 minute warm down.

October 11th, 2015

After several lighter days of exercises, I’m going to start working in some girth work again. Since starting last month, my EQ has been through the roof. Rock hard erections, frequent wood, and very strong morning/night wood. I’ve noticed several more pronounced veins as well.

Today’s exercise was 50 jelqs, followed by 5 sets of 10 second ULI’s.

50 more jelqs, finally shed off with 5 sets of 10 second 440’s.

Warm post-workout soak in the shower.

Continuing to take a slightly gentler regimen for the time being.

Today consisted of 15 minutes of heat, applies via heat pack.

50 jelqs, and 5 sets of 10 second 440’s.

I’ve been feeling pretty good, especially with the new physical workout plan I’m following as well. The donut effect has virtually disappeared.

I’m starting to really like using the instant hand warmers for warm-up when I’m going to do pe at work. I get several hours of heat from one pack, and they fit conveniently in the access pouch of most boxer-briefs. This allows me to apply heat before a workout, and have plenty of remaining heat afterwards to keep things nice and relaxed.

Today was another pe at work day. 25 minute heat application via hand warmers.

50 jelqs, followed up with 5 sets of 10 second horse 440’s.
50 more jelqs, and 5 sets of 10 second ULI’s.
50 final jelqs, and 5 sets of semi-engorged bends, in each direction.

Total of 150 jelqs, 5 sets of horse 440’s, 5 sets of ULI’s, and 20 total directional bends.

Followed up with 45 minutes of ambient heat from the hand warmer.

October 15th, 2015

PE at work yet again.

25 minute warm wrap, 50 jelqs, followed by 10 sets of 10 second horse 440’s.

50 more jelqs, followed by 10 sets of 10 second ULI’s.

50 final jelqs, and 10 final sets of 10 second semi erect bends.

Warm wrap for 30 minutes post-workout.

Measured Gains!

October 17th, 2015

Did my first official measure since I started this log… Over the course of one month, I’ve had some really encouraging gains! I’m up to 6.75 bpel, and 4.75 eg which is awesome. I can’t really *see* a huge difference yet, but I know it’s working, and that is so empowering in itself.

Today’s workout was as follows:

20 minute hot soak in the tub, followed by 4 minutes of stretching.
25 jelqs, followed by 5 sets of bends.

25 more jelqs, followed by 5 sets of 10 second ULI’s.

25 jelqs, and 5 more sets of bends

25 jelqs, and 5 sets of 10 second 440’s.

25 jelqs and 5 sets of bends.

25 final jelqs, and 5 sets of 10 second 440’s.

Warm engorged soak for 5 minutes afterwards.

50 jelqs, 5 sets of 10 second ULI’s, 5 sets of 10 second 450’s, 20 sadsac slinkys (5 in each direction.)

30 minute post pe warm wrap.
