5 minute hot soak in tub today.
Tried something new with my jelqs this time, instead of laying on my back or standing up, I did them sitting on the edge of the tub. Worked really well, allowing me to do full, long, downward strokes, while letting gravity assist in keeping the blood in my penis.
50 jelqs, followed by 5 sets of 10 second 440’s
50 jelqs followed by 5 sets of 10 second ULI’s.
Repeated those two steps 2X, for a total of 200 jelqs, and 10 10 second sets of 440’s and ULI’s each.
Hot wrap in the shower for 5 minutes afterward.
I’m definitely handing a little fatter and longer after my sessions, but I feel like I might need I start pushing a little harder. EQ was outstanding today, and spontaneous erections have been happening more frequently, but I don’t feel any fatigue in my penis. I’ll wait a few more days before I push myself too much harder.
