The trials and triumphs of Nessus. progress log

Not that anyone else will find this remotely interesting; this is mainly for my own benefit. All are welcome to glean what encouragement they can from this though.

I intend to start posting on a regular basis, to help myself keep track of my program and progress. For now, I will only be measuring gains once a month. This may change.

Captain’s log: September 17th, 2015

Started this session off with a nice 10 minute warm-up in a bath of VERY hot water. Basic up down left right stretches to limber up, about 5 minutes.

Right into 50 jelqs, overhand at a downward angle. At the 50 mark, did 5 sets of 5 second ULI’s.

50 more jelqs, followed by 5 sets of 5 second Horse 440’s

Repeat those two steps once more, for a total of 200 jelqs and 10 sets of horse 440’s and Ulis each.

Ended with another short heat session to relax the tissues.

Captain’s log: September 18th, 2015

Today was a repeat of the previous session.

Another very hot water bath to warm up, again approx. 10 minutes long. Up down left right stretches for 5 minutes.

Right into 50 jelqs, overhand at a downward angle. At the 50 mark, did 5 sets of 5 second ULI’s.

50 more jelqs, followed by 5 sets of 5 second Horse 440’s

Repeat those two steps once more, for a total of 200 jelqs and 10 sets of horse 440’s and Ulis each.

Captain’s log: September 20th 2015

After taking a day off for recovery yesterday, I feel rested and ready to continue my progress.

Warm wrap for 10 minutes, no stretching today. This session will be a little heavier with focus towards girth work.

75 jelqs, followed by both 10 sets of 5 second ULIs and 440’s. Keeping my erection closer to the 75-80% range during manual exercises.

75 more jelqs, followed by another 10 sets of both ULIs and 440’s.

Total of 150 jelqs, and 20 sets of 5 second ULIs and 440’s. Warm wrap for 5 minutes afterwards. Awesome “heavy dick” feeling followed for the rest of the afternoon.

Captains log: September 21st, 2015

10 minute hot soak, 5 minutes of which included rotor stretches.

50 jelqs, and 10 sets of 10 second ULI’s.
50 more jelqs, and 10 sets of 10 second horse 440’s.

After these two groups of exercise were complete, I used a soft silicone ring to keep the penis engorged, and soaked it for another 5 minutes.

Finished up with 10 sets of 10 second ULI’s and 440’s each.

Really good after-hang for the rest of the day. A little achey, but pretty minor.

Captains log: September 23rd, 2015.

Took the 22nd off (with some light stretching), to recover from the prior two days of work. Back into it today:

5 minute warm wrap in the shower, along with 5 minutes of rotor and lig stretches.

100 jelqs, followed by 10 sets of 5 second horse 440’s.

Repeated a second time, for a total of 200 jelqs, and 20 sets of 5 second 440’s.

5 minute warm wrap cool down, kept a silicone ring on the penis for 30 minutes after to stay in a semi-engorged state.

Captains log: September 24th, 2015

Mixed it up today, and did my PE in the restroom during lunch at work. Didn’t think I’d have the time at home. Plus, my wife doesn’t know I do this, and it’s nice to not have to plan a discreet way to work in on at home.

No warm wrap, but about 3 minutes of rotor stretches. 200 straight jelqs, with kegels; nothing fancy today. Did some squeezes at the end to try and pump up a little further.

When I got home, I did sever more minutes of manual stretches.

Captains log: September 25th, 2015

5 minute warm wrap in the shower, followed by several lig stretches. Started using the behind the balls stretch, and it’s super weird to see. But, it really feels like a good stretch. Did some upward stretches too.

50 jelqs, followed by 5 sets of 5 second 440’s.

50 jelqs and 5 sets of 5 second ULI’s.

50 more jelqs, 5 sets of 10 second ULI’s, and a warm wrap for 5 minutes.

Finally caught up on my daily exercise posts!

This morning I did a 5 minute warm wrap in the shower, two sets of 30 second behind the balls lig stretches, and 2 sets of 30 second standing upwards lig stretches.

100 jelqs at about 65% erect, followed by 5 sets of 10 second ULI’s.

100 more jelqs, with a short post-exercise warm soak in the shower.

Used a silicone ring to stay semi-engorged afterwards for approx. 30 minutes.

September 27th, 2015

10 minute hot soak in the tub, followed by some basic rotor and lig stretches.

25 jelqs, followed by 10 sets of 10 second ULI’s and 5 sadsac slinkys.

25 more jelqs, followed by 10 sets of to second 440’s and 5 engorged bends in each direction

Repeated the two sets above for a total of 100 jelqs, 20 10 second sets of ULI’s and 440’s, and 40 engorged bends.

Warm wrap for 5 minutes afterwards.

September 28th, 2015

5 minute hot soak in tub today.

Tried something new with my jelqs this time, instead of laying on my back or standing up, I did them sitting on the edge of the tub. Worked really well, allowing me to do full, long, downward strokes, while letting gravity assist in keeping the blood in my penis.

50 jelqs, followed by 5 sets of 10 second 440’s

50 jelqs followed by 5 sets of 10 second ULI’s.

Repeated those two steps 2X, for a total of 200 jelqs, and 10 10 second sets of 440’s and ULI’s each.

Hot wrap in the shower for 5 minutes afterward.

I’m definitely handing a little fatter and longer after my sessions, but I feel like I might need I start pushing a little harder. EQ was outstanding today, and spontaneous erections have been happening more frequently, but I don’t feel any fatigue in my penis. I’ll wait a few more days before I push myself too much harder.

September 30th, 2015

Took the 29th off to rest.

Today started with a warm wrap for 5 minutes, followed by 200 consecutive jelqs. Finished up with 5 sets of 10 second ULI’s, and a 5 minute warm wrap.

I really want to develop a solid stretching program as well.

September 10th, 2015

Officially going to do my sessions seated on the edge of the tub from now on. Not only is it much more comfortable, I feel like I get better jelq quality in that position.

Warm wrap for 5 minutes, 3 minutes if stretches.

50 jelqs, followed by 10 sets of 15 second 440’s

50 more jelqs, followed by 10 sets of 15 second ULI’s

50 final jelqs, with 20 sets of 15 seconds mixed ULI’s, 440’s, slinkys, and bends.

October 2nd, 2015

A little rushed today, but managed to squeeze my session in still.

100 jelqs, followed by 5 sets of 15 second 440’s

100 more jelqs, finishing with 5 sets of ULI’s and an engorged warm wrap for 5 minutes.

Used a silicone ring to stay engorged for about 15 minutes afterwards.

October 3rd, 2015

5 minute HOT soak in tub, followed by several minutes of stretches.

100 seated jelqs, and 5 sets of 15 second 440’s.

100 additional jelqs, finished up with 5 sets of 15 second ULI’s.

Hot soak in the shower for 5 minutes.

Didn’t quite get that good “achey” feeling after the workout today. Oh well.
