Hey everyone, wanting to make my contribution to the community that has given me so much
I’d absolutely love it if people got involved in this thread.
Previously the routine I have followed has been jelqing, stretching, pumping and AM.
There was no strictness; instead I followed my PI’s
From this routine 100% EQ and visible gains in both length and girth have been acquired
Also comments from my girl about feeling bigger
My thought is that I’ve already squeezed out most of my newbie gains and all of my gains relating to EQ
But this has not been documented..
I have recently been able to dedicate substantially more time to this endeavor and have now decided to document my future progress
POST newbie gains
Starting Measurements
- 3/8/2018
BPEL: 15cm
MSEG: 11cm
Current stretching Routine (7 days)
- Warmup
- Hanging SD - 4*20
- Extending 2-4 hours
Post stretch routine (5 days)
- BTB jelqs
- Jelq to slowly build erection
- AM
- Edging
Girth (Mon, Wed, Fri)
- Post stretch routine
- Light Pumping (3-4Hg)
- Squeezes
- Cock ring edging
**Note: I am not one to use a stopwatch
As it takes the joy away from PE and becomes a chore
