Hey everyone, wanting to make my contribution to the community that has given me so much
I’d absolutely love it if people got involved in this thread.

Previously the routine I have followed has been jelqing, stretching, pumping and AM.
There was no strictness; instead I followed my PI’s
From this routine 100% EQ and visible gains in both length and girth have been acquired
Also comments from my girl about feeling bigger
My thought is that I’ve already squeezed out most of my newbie gains and all of my gains relating to EQ
But this has not been documented..

I have recently been able to dedicate substantially more time to this endeavor and have now decided to document my future progress
POST newbie gains

Starting Measurements
- 3/8/2018
BPEL: 15cm
MSEG: 11cm

Current stretching Routine (7 days)
- Warmup
- Hanging SD - 4*20
- Extending 2-4 hours

Post stretch routine (5 days)
- BTB jelqs
- Jelq to slowly build erection
- AM
- Edging

Girth (Mon, Wed, Fri)
- Post stretch routine
- Light Pumping (3-4Hg)
- Squeezes
- Cock ring edging

**Note: I am not one to use a stopwatch
As it takes the joy away from PE and becomes a chore

Great stuff! I love your passion and I also started my PE with a bit of an organic approach. Your routine is quite eclectic, I personally like that you are keeping girth work post length work. Some might challenge the amount of exercises, but as you stated, PI’s can help you navigate these waters.

Clock free routine, to some extent I like the idea. Should be fun for a conscious person, but like most people has been saying: time flies. A fun wave could cost you easily 2, 3 hours.

What do you mean by fun wave?

I also just say I do time my pumping sets

Clock sets a limit to our fun, :) Without it, things can get carried on for a long while.

Yeah for sure.
I noticed I got abit carried away with pumping at the start so I had to use a timer

Currently in the extender after hanging for 4 sets, had to drop weight from 4kg to 3 then to 2..
I am finding hanging to be a learning experience as I personally only have one suspensory ligament due to an injury during intercourse
Has anyone heard of someone hanging with only one? I tried a search but could not find anyone

Looking forward to girth work later tonight, so much more engaging than this
