Tomorrow Is 4 Year Anniversary Of PE Start. The Good, The Disappointing

Tomorrow is my 4 year anniversary of starting PE. Overall I’m definitely happy, but in some ways disappointed. Current stats vs. Starting

BPEL-Start-6.625 Current-7.25”-7.375

BPFSL-Current 8

NBPFL-2-3 Current 4.5” Varies between 4”-5”

MEG-6.625-Current 5”

BEG-4.5–Current 5.25”-5.375”

Things I’m happy with, is BPEL, BPSFL. NBPFL, & BEG.

My flaccid hang is way better prior to PE. Base EG way better.

But I’ve been stuck at 5” MEG for 2 years. I deaconed for 2 months. In November & December last year. Gradually got back into it.

Current routine-5 minute stretch, 10-15 minute jelqing, 10 minutes clamp. 12-15 minutes pump, 10 minutes clamp, 10-15 pump. Afternoon another 10 minutes clamp, another 10-12 minutes pump.

Why can’t I gain anymore MEG?

Wow, did somebody call me? :D

The thing is I did mainly 3 things: Pumping, wearing cockrings that didn’t fit and clamping:

1. Pumping - I would pump for as long as I can take which is from 15-20 min to 2-3 hours (Total session time) and I would go as hard as I can take (you stop amping up the pressure when it hurts)

2. Cockrings - oh my god… cockrings… I was mad there like I would take a golf-weight (which I bought for hanging, but ended up as a cockring) and put it on. I would get SO hard… SO hard that it got in shades of blue/purple that I didn’t even knew existed and looked like I would explode at any moment. In the beginning I even got it behind my scrotum and fell asleep with it, due to being unable to pull it off no matter what. I woke up with my unit all blue and somehow with lots of baby oil I pulled it off. What’s funny is that the next night after that adventure I repeated it and the same stuff happened. I guess I really have to smash my head to the wall to learn the lesson. :D
Overall, I’d just get them on and try to stay hard for as long as I can. When it gets blue/purple/pink/whatever and cold you stop, let it breathe for a few minutes and then repeat the procedure again… and again… and again… all until you can’t get hard anymore.

That’s it! Bear in mind I didn’t take starting girth measurements, so I assumed the 4.5” but the fact is that I had a wooden ring that was wider than the golf-weight and could use it behind the balls and penis only. Now behind the balls with it is pretty much impossible and penis only gets much more of a clamp than it did before. So I definitely gained girth.

3. Clamping - I’m a bit disappointed to be honest. I waited for my clamps for half a year (I ordered them from USA) and had a blunder with the customs service. When I finally got them and did a routine with them I got a bit of gains and that was that - finito. I even think they are the reason I lost my EQ because it really started dropping after I started clamping.

Anyway, wow! I’m sorta surprised you are a more is more guy. But, it’s good to know. Maybe, I need to ramp up time and intensity.
I didn’t mention it earlier, but I do wear a ring for many hours after my routine. I’ve worn a ring all day a couple times. I just seem to get lots of edema. During your marathon pumping and ring sessions, did you get a lot of edema/negative PI’s?
I don’t know about your theory on clamping. To me an intense ring session, is pretty much just like clamping.
I’m just gonna keep on working. I will try some of your ideas, because obviously it worked for you. Thanks.

2. I’m hailing from Absurdistan, Eastern Europe.

3. I have had the dilemma whether to hang nice, light and easy by utilising gofor11’s routine (4 sets x 15 minutes of hanging with heat with 1.5 / 2kg max load) or restart my routine that got me 1” of length (3 sets x 20 min with as heavy of load as you can take). For now the first routine works, I feel good after I am done and my cock doesn’t get tougher the more I do my workouts.

4. Edema from cockrings? No… Edema from pumping? Oh yes…
I tend to experience edema and bad PI no matter how I pump, so I don’t even pay it any attention. All I care about is making gains.

5. Clamping is less intensive for me personally, perhaps due to their odd shape. Cockrings clamp off the blood supply much better.

6. Hey, if anybody asks you haven’t got them from me! :D
Just be careful, because I do tend to learn by trial and error.

Dude, I went hardcore during my workout today. Pumped at 10-13 hg in between my clamping sets. Never done it before, and as I suspected got the biggest donut I’ve ever had. I did get my biggest expansion though. I wore a ring for about an hour after workout.

So you don’t worry about donuts/edema? Just hardcore?

I have never even heard of where you hail from. Is that a country. If not tell me the country, so I can better understand. But I will say this, it would be cool to meet you, cause I think you and me are a lot alike.

Absurdistan is a broad term that applies for a range of Eastern European countries that used to be in the “Eastern bloc” faction during the cold war, but it applies most in the Balkan ones (Yugoslavia, Romania, Albania, Bulgaria). If you look closely at my posts though, I’ve only posted in the Bulgarian PE forum, so that eliminates some (all) options.
I’ve been asked the same question already, and I did this riddle not just for privacy sake, but because I’m just ashamed to state my country of origin, but that is another topic.
It would be cool to meet you for sure though, that’s a given.

Ok, Bulgaria makes a lot more sense to me.

But what about the edema? Do you get donuts while pumping at high pressure, and still gained girth. Pretty much everything I’ve learned here at Thunders, says avoid donuts. Just wondering, if you would disagree.

Amazing progress, did you guys notice any change in your EQ / libido over the years ? Are you regularly having sex ?
Wanna start PE but I don’t want to nuke my EQ / libido since I’ve had a small period with EQ problems.

Overall EQ is better. But it’s a fine line. If you overwork it, it can make it worse.

Unfortunately, normally I have sex once a week with my wife. When we’re on vacation, every day. Unfortunately, that’s only twice a year

Thank its reassuring, I’m 25 unmarried so I don’t really know about married couple sex life but I guess once a week is great ?
If you do it everyday on holiday it probably means that your everyday life exhausts you.

I started seeing someone recently and its pretty serious, we might get engaged in a foreseeable future.
